- Tha Phae Gate - The Tha Phae Gate, located on the eastern side of Chiang Mai’s old city, is a popular photo spot. It was originally constructed as an entrance to the city and is surrounded by an old wall.
- Wat Phra That Doi Suthep - We’ll arrive at the mountain’s summit around 9:40 a.m. As we explore the temple grounds, we’ll see golden pagodas, shrines, bells, Buddha statues, and sacred relics, including a statue of a legendary white elephant and the naga steps. Before we leave, we can enjoy a breathtaking view over Chiang Mai.
- Karen Long Neck Village - We’ll visit the Karen Long Neck tribe in the Mae Rim area, known for their tradition of wearing long brass coils around their necks. Meeting their friends and family is a great way to learn about their culture and way of life.
- Angels Land - Discover the wonders of Dantewada and relax in the scenic nature park. Marvel at the beautiful man-made mountains and waterfalls, you can enjoy taking a photo with a garden filled with vibrant flowers, air-condition room while enjoying coffee and food, Immerse yourself in a sprawling garden of colorful flowers.
- Bua Thong Waterfalls (Nam Phu Chet Si) - Visit the most unique places. Sticky Waterfall also known as Bua Thong Waterfall, is a stunning natural wonder. The waterfall is composed of multiple tiers, each of which offers a different climbing experience. You can climb directly up the waterfall without slipping.

Additional Information
The day trip includes a private vehicle and guide to explore Chiang Mai’s mountains, mist, and vibrant hill tribes. Founded in 1296 as the capital of the ancient Lanna Kingdom, the trip begins at the iconic Tha Phae Gate, followed by visits to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, about 17 km from the city. Next, you’ll visit the Long Neck village, have lunch at Dan Thewada, and end the day enjoying the lush scenery and waterfalls.
- Tour Important Information:
- Gathering the necessary sun cream, mosquito spray, cap, sunglasses, and clothing for climbing at the waterfall.
- Please dress politely before entering the temple. Make sure your shoulders are covered. (No vests, tank tops, or spaghetti straps required.) Skirts or shorts should be longer and reach at least to your knees.
- Please let me know in advance if you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions.
- This tour involves a lot of walking, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes

The best we could ever ask for, more than what we expected - We had a great time in CM because of Petch. We are truely grateful to have him. We never expect we receive such great hospitality! He understands our requirement and plan itinerary around what we like. ( we are kind of laid back )Our family feels so comfortable to have him around. He constantly changes our itinerary to suit liking, he also brings us to michelin restaurants where the food is so good n reasonable and helped us to book so we will have a table. We hired him for the whole trip for 8 days. We are so grateful for him and had already recommended to our friends who had signed up too. He even took many nice family photos for us for that we can keep as memories, enough for us to do a photo album .He is not your usual tour guide. A youthful energetic guide whom we can communicate very well with and understands our needs and plan an itinerary for our travelling style. He even lined up long q specially to buy breakfast for us to try CM popular bf in the morning. We are so excited to visit CM again w him as our tour guide for other places
Thank you Petch for being with us, making us feel safe, a friend we made in CM. Thank you for going the extra mile and we hope to see you again in CM !

Best guide in Chiangmai. - Days were thoroughly planned filled of great food, historic sites and photo worthy views. Plans were changed based on weather and our energy levels.
Petch was always on time and never tired. He was always ready for action but never rushed us.
Petch was accommodating and knows what it takes to make a holiday great. We got real vip treatment with Petch. Will recommend and have a rematch with Chiang Mai again.

Pleasant trip - Superb experience of Chiang Mai with Khun Petch.... he able to provide the tour as per our need and he will arrange the itinerary. Or we can choose the package from him. We visited so many beautiful places there and it was a very pleasant trip. Definitely will recommend this tour for your visit to Chiang Mai
