Explore the local community by kayaking along the Mae Ping River in Chiang Mai, covering a distance of about 5-6 kilometers from late afternoon to evening, passing through the city. You will be picked up from your accommodation between 17:00 and 17:30, with a short 20-30 minute drive to the port. Receive an introduction to what you can expect to explore. Enjoy a guided tour of the largest old market, Warorot Market, locally known as Kad Luang, a popular attraction for both Thai people and foreigners. Paddle past numerous colorful restaurants, hotels, and bars, and under 3-4 large bridges during busy traffic, where many birds’ nests can be seen. Experience stunning scenery at sunset with plenty of noisy birds flying around. Enjoy kayaking for about 2 hours until 19:30, exploring local Thai activities, and be transferred back around 20:00.
