Fun and entertaining - This was a blast!! Tour guide was enthusiastic and kept us laughing the entire time. You don’t want to miss this on your visit to Chiang mai!

Night safari ChiangMai - The name should have been a ticket. I thought that it was a pick up and drop at the hotel but it was only a ticket .so pls change the name first . The place was nice all the Thai people that I have met were so nice to me .They are actually very very reliable and I feel no risk as a solo traveller

Good structure, fun experience - I really enjoyed this experience. Lots of animals and well structured timetable. Better coverage for rainy season would improve the event, but the trams are covered so that wasn't an issue.

Inexpected more - It’s good the tiger show is amazing but the concept… I have to run to get all the activities at time. I seat al left side and the train and see more the ither people. Very few taxis at return.

CHIANG MAI NIGHT SAFARI - The night safari was excellent; however, we had no guide as promised in the description of the ticket. Also, it would be helpful if the tour operator gave an estimate on the time it would take from the hotel to the night safari. Google said 30 minutes and in reality, it took 45 minutes. And, it would be helpful to know that GRAB was not available at the closing of the night safari. We had to ask one of the staff to book their own personal GRAB connection to return us to the hotel.

Great way to spend an evening with animals - There is lots to see and experience during this tour. We really enjoyed the 'Predators of the night' show and the Tiger show but the best part of it all for us was the two train rides through the deer & antelope enclosures and the giraffe & zebra sections, where the giraffes came up close for feeding and curiosity. Their heads came right into the openings of the carriages. We saw all sorts of other animals too. Well worth the small admission price.

Mediocre Zoo experience - Do not buy tickets through an agency, you can just go there yourself and the tickets are cheaper. The animal shows we’re not worth it but the trams we’re actually fun and you get super close to some cool animals. For a night safari, it’s not well equipped because there’s not a lot of lighting to see the animals, and many of the exhibits are closed down.

Un impressed - The animals were all asleep on xcept the deers,nothing impressing, Was not worth it. Most animals were statues,like. Don't waste money, it's totally different than what is advertised. Between the money paid to get in and taxi.its all not worth it.

Not worth it - Do not do this tour! The night safari and its program is very nice but the zoo is a long way from Chiang Mai old city. We managed to get a red truck there but it took nearly an hour. Luckily our driver agreed to stay but only for 2 hours so we did not get to see much. Yes the tickets were waiting for us but we could have easily bought the tickets ourselves. If you are interested in going to the night safari, go about 5pm and expect to be there for about 4-5 hours if you want to see all the shows. You get nothing by booking this so called tour.

Poor experience - I booked this tour with the understanding that transportation was included. The day of my tour I was told to find my own way there. Every other company's tours included transport to the safari. Since I had no phone and could not guarantee I could return to the Old City at that late hour the tour finished I ended up not going. Very Very disappointed in this experience will not use Viattor tours again.
