Amazing Trip! You have to try! - It was a great trip with bamboo raftig up to the trek to the waterfall. We then stayed directly in the cabin at the waterfall. The next day we hiked to the elephant collection station. It was personally cooked for us by the guide! Once at the elephant camp, we learned a lot about the elephants, the Mahuts and proper care. It was a great trip and really worth every penny! I can only recommend it.

Monkeys, waterfalls, river rafting, elephants - We did the overnight stay which was suppose to be at a cottage near a waterfalls where we were to enjoy the evening after having a hot shower and dinner. This was not the case when we did the tour in Feb 2025, the cottage had lost its electricity so we were redirected to a village on top of the mountain. This information was not reflected on their webpage. We were not told of the change until we arrived at a village where we were not prepared for no water, electricity or actual beds. We were very disappointed and I spoke to the owner, who did arrange for us to go to another spot. We arrived after long day at a hotel around 9 pm. I indicated that this temporary change should be noted on their webpage until the cottage becomes available again. The river rafting, waterfalls and elephants were very good and we did enjoy that part of the tour. Chin the tour guide was very good, funny and very knowledgeable about the plants and area. He did have us wait around to see the wild monkeys at the waterfalls. Overall it was good, but I did give my concerns to the owner to ensure they reflect changes so that people know what they are getting into. The hike was a 2.5 hour trek up the mountain, and feel indicating the age of 95 and under is a bit exaggerated as I feel it gives a false feeling that the trek is not too hard. The owners did try to correct the misgivings for us so credit needs to go for that. He listen to our concerns and tried make the situation better. But up front information is much better than getting into a situation that you do not want to be in. I feel once they get they get their cottages fixed it will be a a great tour to go on. The area that the elephants are kept reflects that they do look after them well.
