The best Thai cooking school is located 13kms away from busy Chiang Mai in peaceful and relaxing surroundings, where we grow many of the herbs and spices used in our classes.
We offer and open-air kitchen in a farm atmosphere where you have your own cooking station, knife wok and scrupulously clean utensils where your will be able to create all your own amazing food and typical Thai dishes.

Amazing cooking class for the entire family - We made rice soup, Pad Thai, spring rolls, papaya salad, curry paste for Khao Soi, Khao Soi, chicken with cashew nuts, sweet and sour chicken, pork with holy basil, and mango sticky rice. If you're looking for a cooking class in Chiang Mai, you should definitely choose The Best Thai Cooking Course. The company was fantastic to work with, and our chef and owner, Perm, was incredible. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. We all learned so much from him, and our girls loved learning how to make all kinds of Thai dishes.
We also enjoyed visiting the local market and learning about the different fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as picking ingredients from Perm’s garden for our dishes.
Our girls are 5, 7, and 8, and this cooking class kept them engaged for the entire 4.5 hours. It was such a fun evening, and we highly recommend The Best Thai Cooking Course!

Amazing home cooking course - This place was very professional and was well adapted to both the experienced and in-experienced cooks. There were plenty of cheesy jokes and the food was amazing, safe to say that I will be attempting to recreate the meals at home, if you are in north Thailand, don’t miss out!!!!

The best Thai cooking class 😍 - The best Thai cooking class! Fantastic food with an amazing chef who has a great sense of humour and gives very clear and easy instructions. 100% recommend for anyone in Chiang Mai. I had so much fun at this class. Definitely an experience I’ll treasure forever (plus at the end you get to keep a cooking book with the recipes to take home). I’ll be cooking these dishes for my family :)

Amazing cooking evening in Chiang Mai - It was amazing, we got the opportunity to go the market and see ingredients; also the chef is the best and is so friendly. I recommend this if you’re in Chiang Mai. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

The literal best cooking class ever! - If I can give any advice, it would be to take this class. I went with my husband and a group of friends, and it was an amazing experience. Chef Perm picked us up in a very nice air conditioned van and drove us to an amazing market. He taught us all about ingredients and produce, with helpful tips and tricks, and incredibly witty humor. We were given some time to wonder the market, which was nice. Then we drove the farm, which is incredibly beautiful and serene. We were able to go out and pick the ingredients that we were going to be using in our food. The class was fun. I don't cook, I don't enjoy cooking, but I loved cooking with Chef Perm. He was informative, helpful, and just made it such a fun experience. Almost the whole time we were cooking, we were laughing. The food that you make is incredible, everything is amazing. You definitely leave full and happy. Take the class, you will love it.

Joker Chef Perm - Funny Chef Perm, took us around the market filling our brain with small tips and tricks on choosing the right fruit and veg! He then took us to his cooking school where we went around the garden, picked our veg and then learnt how to cook 5 amazing Thai dishes that I can take back home and show off my new skills to my family!

Best cooking class! - Had the best time at this cooking class, it really is the best cooking course. Perm, our head chef, was so funny, super knowledgeable about the food and made me feel super comfortable when cooking! The food was absolutely delicious and the farm itself has stunning views. Thank you for a wonderful time! 🤩

Great time! - The garden and surrounding area was beautiful! Perm was really good at instructing but also making it fun. Definitely the evening slot is best because the sunset looks so nice

Nice experience - Really nice experience with the chef. Made around 5 Thai dishes, and also picked our own herbs and chillies to add to our food from the garden. Lovely views and atmosphere
