A participatory massage - I liked Srimantra spa so much, I brought my friend back the next day. I forget the name of my massuese but she was a small, but strong woman. The visit starts after selecting your treatment in the lobby with a foot cleaning, a great start. After going back to the room and changing, I had 90 minutes of massage. It was unique, unlike any massage I had had prior. It is not soft hands gently caressing you, but she is on the table using her bodyweight and doing a mix of pressing and rubbing. After an hour, the participating started. We interlocked our forearms to get deep back and upper back stretches. Well worth the time and money, but be sure you select the treatment that is right for you, and ask questions up front.
