Perfect excursion with Tong - The excursion was fantastic. I chose to hike to Wat Chalermprakiat, which turned out to be as beautiful as I expected, but the temple in Lampang also surprised me. In both places I didn't find many tourists. Tong, my guide and driver, was perfect: he explained me a lot of things about the local culture and Buddhism. He was nice, he took me to eat at a good restaurant under Wat Chalermprakiat, he drove very well, he understood when I was tired and when I wanted to listen to stories. Definitely do this tour, and if you can ask for Tong, you won't regret it.

Great trip to a less visited area - A great tour, a day trip from Chiang Mai. It is a long day with a decent amount of driving, but you are going off the beaten track to temples literally less seen by tourists. My guide, M, was excellent and knowledgeable and was open to my requests for staying longer in places or shorter in others. The trip up to the floating pagodas is a bit different! Into a songthaew then after that ride up a lot of steps but the view from the top is worth it. We had clear skies and the timing of the tour was great for having the sun in the right place for pictures. This tour was a good decision.

Visit to Lampung and Unseen temple. - My 20 year old daughter and I went on a tour with Puma (our guide). She was very kind and considerate, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. The tour was excellent as well, the unseen temple is so worth of the drive! The views from the top of the mountain are truly spectacular. Highly recommend!

He knows literally eveything about everything and can tell you whatever you want to know about the sights you're seeing. He has tons of insight about Thai culture and is a great communicator. Fun trip to Lampang and Sky Pagoda - Wonderful trip to Lampang and the Sky Pagoda! Great views from the top of the mountain. Our guide, Tong, was very informative on Buddhist traditions, local food, and history. We were able to try many local snacks and a wonderful local lunch. I highly recommend this trip.

Must do trip! - Our guide was Tong for this trip and it was excellent. He picked us up promptly with locally made snacks and plenty of drinks and things to make our trip very comfortable (it’s a lot of road time) he’s also very personable and delightful to spend time with. Tong was a novice Monk for a while so he was extremely informative as we toured the temples - very helpful if you’re not as familiar with Buddhism. He made us more aware and more comfortable visiting the temples (wish we had done this sooner when we were in Chiang Mai). As for the temples - these were incredible. Both are different from the ones we saw everywhere else (we visited several). It’s hard to describe them here but the second one (the sky pagoda) is unbelievable. It sits on top of a mountain and it’s the most peaceful place I’ve visited here. I would definitely recommend this trip and you’ll be lucky to have Tong as your guide - he made this all worthwhile!

Off the beaten track - I have visited Thailand several times and am always looking for places to visit off the beaten track. The tour exceeded my expectations: first we went to the magnificent Wat Chalermprakiat (warning: lots of stairs!), the temple and the view are fantastic! After lunch we went to the old Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, which is almost only visited by locals. My guide Austin guided me very well and at the end we took me to an authentic market for locals - a great day and definitely recommended for anyone who wants to get off the beaten track.
