Adventurous Tour with Local Flavor & Amazing Guide - This is an incredible, off the beaten path experience. Tong was quite possibly the best tour guide I've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable about Buddhism, the Lanna Kingdom, and the temples we visited. You can see his passion and he was full of energy the whole tour. He took the best pictures (and I am hard to please)! The drive is far but there is so much to see on the way. I will recommend this tour to all my family and friends!

Great trip to Unseen Temple - Yut was great. He was very knowledgable. He taught us lots about Buddhism. We really enjoyed the hike UP to the Wat Chaloem Phrakiet. The views were wonderful.

Temple in the sky - A temple that is located next to Lampang, a 30min ascent with magnificent views to the top. Place still protected from tourists. Thank you to Yut for being kind and having to explain.

Very pleasant experience off the beaten tourist routes - Very pleasant and almost spiritual experience. It is also satisfying to reach such a lovely place (the view is breathtaking!) after some physical effort. It is also nice that it is a half less traveled by Western tourists. The climb to the mountain is done partly with vans (the road is steep, you have to keep well) and partly on foot (about 540 meters of climb all in stairs). You do not need a great physical preparation but at least the habit of walking uphill and comfortable shoes.

A highlight of my trip to Chiang Mai - I took the Private Tour to Wat Chaloem Phrakiat and Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang on a weekday in December and was super happy with my Guide Jacky! He made sure that I had the best experience I could have by slightly changing the sequence of events. That way, we went to Wat Chaloem Phrakiat first and had the Sky Pagoda view just for ourselves. Such an amazing view when the clouds just opened up in the morning! 😍 Jacky also made sure I get many photos to remember this trip. For anyone concerned regarding the small hike: it is really just 1 km length with 200 m in height (mainly via stairs). After lunch, we went to Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang which is also a very interesting Lanna style temple. Jacky explained a lot about the history of this temple and Buddhism in general. I really liked the old withered paintings on the walls of the Viharn. On the way back to Chiang Mai, we stopped at a market where I could see (and try) local specialty food. Overall, I highly recommend booking this trip as a Private Tour. My Guide Jacky was phenomenal and I learned a lot about Thai culture that day. The two temples really stand out and are something different you won‘t see in Chiang Mai. I also appreciate that we made regular stops during the long drive. Thanks Jacky for making this a memorable day! ☺️

Excellent temple tour and a great guide - We had a great tour to the amazing temples in Lampang. Our tour guide Yut picked us up at our hotel and because of him, we had a perfect time! Yut has a huge knowledge and he gave us a lot of information about the temples and buddhism in general. He took great care of us with plenty of water, snacks, fruits and a delicious lunch close by the Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat temple. The car was very comfortable and Yut drove safely and stopped every time when we needed a short break. We would absolutely recommend the tour, because it is absolutely off the beaten track! Tong, Sky Temple Guide - Tong was a wonderful guide. Incredibly gracious with his knowledge and guidance. My fiancé and I came away feeling as though we were greatly cared for and enriched by the experience. The market we stopped by was very local and authentic Thai and the templea were breathtaking.
