Reservations and bookings can be conveniently made online, whether as a guest or a returning user. On the day of the scheduled pickup, one hour before the pickup time, the chauffeur activates the “on the way” button. This action sends an automated text to the traveler, providing the chauffeur’s name, phone number, vehicle model, and plate number. Upon the chauffeur’s arrival at the pickup location, another automated text is sent to the traveler, notifying them of the chauffeur’s arrival. The chauffeur goes above and beyond by either calling or texting the traveler to confirm their arrival. Once the traveler is on board, the chauffeur activates the “passenger on board” button, which informs agents that the pickup has been successfully completed and the journey to the destination is underway. Upon reaching the destination, the chauffeur activates the “passenger dropped” button, marking the trip as complete.
