You’ll get up close to all the attractions and cover an impressive 7 miles round trip. Segways are intuitive and easy to ride–you just need to be able to stand for the duration of the tour. Each group is limited to a maximum of 8 people per tour guide, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable adventure in the Second City that is unmatched.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour’s scheduled departure time to check-in and complete waivers. All guests will be provided with helmets. The tour starts at the departure time with a video and thorough one-on-one training with the tour guide. This training ensures that even the most apprehensive guest feels comfortable throughout the tour.
- Buckingham Fountain - After training, your friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will lead you through the park to see some of the most stunning sights Chicago has to offer. You’ll stop by Buckingham Fountain to enjoy the breathtaking lights display.
- Field Museum - Glide along Chicago’s lakefront and take in sights like the Field Museum, one of the largest natural history museums in the world.
- Shedd Aquarium - Visit the Shedd Aquarium, which was once the largest indoor aquarium in the world.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum age is 12 years old
- Minimum weight 100 lbs. (45.5 kg)
- Maximum weight 260 lbs. (118 kg)
- Dress code is for an outdoor activity. Please wear close-toed shoes and layers depending on the season. Ponchos will be provided if it rains.
- Tours and training are conducted in English.
- Participants must be able to stand unassisted for the duration of the tour and must be able to ascend a flight of stairs without assistance.
- Operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
- All participants are required to sign a waiver and release form.
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required

We are located one level below the street. Please look for our orange flag signs that say Segway Tours and walk down the staircase next to the flags. We also have an a-frame sign with an arrow pointing down to guide you to our office.

Must do in Chicago - Awesome experience. Great tour guide. We saw some amazing sights and covered a long distance. Best part of our trip.

Had a blast! - This was the best tour of all! We had Jeremy for two hours and he was a fountain of information. It is "absolutely" the best way to see Chicago! Although I was a little concerned about balancing because I had never ridden a Segway, one soon adapts and none of us fell. We were lucky to have just our group plus Jeremy and it made the whole Chicago experience complete. Do yourself a favor: take the other tours, but don't miss taking this one. You'll have a great time and learn a lot about the city that the other tour guides don't reveal.

Night Ride - I enjoyed tooling around the city at night. We would probably not have walked around at night and this gave us a chance to do so. We also liked going at night because there were not that many people to negotiate around on the segways. We enjoyed the ride and also the beautiful city views! And Cari gave us some great restaurant recommendations!

Amazing evening lights tour of Chicago! - Matt (the Viking) was am amazing guide for my daughter and I. He ensured we were comfortable on the Segway before we headed out for the night. My daughter chose to wear the hotdog helmet and I chose the unicorn. All the people we rode around smiled at our silly hats and made the evening even more enjoyable. The City Lights Evening tour was the perfect way to end our visit to Chicago! Thank you Matt (don't forget to call your mom)!

10/10 - This was one of the best sight seeing experiences! My friends & I came from FL. And our tour guide Jeremy, he was such a great guide, and hands down the BEST photographer. So if you guys want someone with great humor and photo skills…Jeremy is the way to go!

Absolutely Chicago Segway - This was our first time on a Segway and it was not very difficult. The instructions were very straight forward and we had time to practice before leaving. Captain Dave was a very good guide. Very knowledgeable and fun! I would highly recommend taking this tour. Especially at nighttime as the Summer heat can be tough to handle.

Try it....you'll ABSOLUTELY like it! - Lot's of different choices but all centering on a unique way to see this great city. The Segway experience itself is worth the time and effort. Add in a way to see the city with a different perspective, knowledgeable guide and the opportunity to see something in a totally different way make this just a great experience. Tip?? dress for the weather and deals often available on Groupon
