GREAT Golden Hour Tour!! - If you really want to experience the magic of Chicago during its golden hour, then book this tour. We rode through several neighborhoods including River North, Lincoln Park, the Magnificent Mile, the Loop, and the near South Side. Matty, our live tour guide, was funny AF. We loved his impersonations. We heard fascinating insights and engaging stories while riding through the busy streets. It was a thrill to spend the evening on this tour and see Chicago from a fresh perspective. I highly recommend this tour for families or date night.

Chicago sunset bus tour - Our guide Mikewas very informative and knew a lot of Chicago facts. I very much enjoyed the trip. And our bus driver was exceptional! I don’t know how she maneuvered that bus on those streets!! The only problem was the tree limbs that hung very low . I think someone could get hurt sometime.

Enjoyable - A walking tour that we had scheduled had been cancelled so we decided to try this tour. We had previously taken the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off Tour. This tour does go to other places and has an in-person tour guide as opposed to the recording on the hop on hop off tour.
We enjoyed the tour and the opportunity to see and hear other things about the city as well as see the lights. One suggestion, the top deck, which is where you want to sit for the best view can get quite chilly as the sun goes down. Bring warm layers.

Nice evening - Entertaining and pretty bus ride through town. Our guide was friendly and informative with some good stories and history tid bits. Beautiful way to spend an evening. It did cool down after the sun went down and there is a breeze on the upper deck so good to have a jacket. The bus route covers a lot more ground than the river tour so if you have time while in Chicago do both! Tons of restaurants near the meeting point. We went to Avli before for Greek food and Portillo's for dessert after.

Great trip.. Spiro was our guide. Excellent job very knowledgeable about the city and everything going on covered many g - The timing was perfect for our trip. We’re still light out so we got to see many things. And then when it got dark out, it was a whole new adventure.

Customer experience was not a priority. - When we arrived, right on time, they had already sold my seats that I had already paid for to someone else. Thy adjusted the passengers to get us on , but the guide had already started speaking. She never gave us her name ore asked if we could hear. We couldn't hear btw. She kept rambling on like she was mumbling to a friend. She didn't even stop when the helicopter was directly above us. I booked the tour to learn about the city but didn't get to hear anything about it. Seriously disappointed in the whole experience. 2/10 would not do again!

Unfortunate but overcharged. - Tried to contact operator due to the change in weather.
Yesterday it was 91 degrees and humid.
Today it started raining prior to our tour.
It’s not right to charge 100 to my refund.
It would have nice to have spoken to someone instead of being charged this full amount.
I made the reservation just 6 hours ago.
No one could predict this freak weather.
Quite disappointed.
