This pedestrian exploration centers around aspects such as the height, structure, materials, decorations, as well as their environmental, communal and economic impact of each building. The excursion showcases a number of recently finished buildings, such as the 462 N. Park and the St. Regis, juxtaposing them to identify prevailing trends. These novel structures are also compared to enduring downtown buildings to underscore the evolution in architecture.
