Discovering Hidden Gems in Downtown Chicago - Great walking from a very personable and knowledgeable guide. While we were hesitant to take a walking tour, we were glad that we did. It afforded us an opportunity to go inside a lot of beautiful “hidden” gems in the area together with an informed narrator. The walking was not a burden at all because we had so many stops to take in the awesome beauty that we discovered along the way. We would highly recommend this tour and our guide, Dave Lifton. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience - Very flexible and knowledgeable. Was willing and able to modify the tour to accommodate what we wanted to see. It was just myself and 1 friend on the tour and we were able to go to the art gallery and explore with the guide.

Chicago Architecture - Terrific tour - Dahs was familiar with both the usual masterpieces and the hidden gems. He also gave the historical and cultural contexts of the architectural works.

No Ketchup on Chicago Hot Dogs? Now We Know Why!!! - One of the highlights of our visit to Chicago last October! Our 2-part 5-hour walking tour with guide Tall Dave was informative and fun. The first half was an exceptional architectural tour that included many hidden gems along with lots of fascinating fun historical facts that made everything come to life. The second half was a food tour although we did get some surprise treats in the first half, including Frango chocolate mints and Garretts popcorn. OMG, luckily I live too far away to become addicted to these, although I did buy some to share with friends. (OK I ate them all myself. 😂 ) We had Chicago-style hot dogs (no ketchup), Italian beef sandwiches and Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza. Everything was delicious (although we in the end, we preferred Giordano’s deep dish. (Sorry, Tall Dave. 😛 We still loved your tour!)
