Best value to see Chicago's recommended sights - Highly recommend booking this if you are looking to include the Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, Shoreline Architecture Cruise, Skydeck/the Ledge at Sears-Willis Tower and Shedd Aquarium in your itinerary. You get expedited entry at Art Institute and Skydeck.

Such a great value! - The CityPass saved us a lot of money, and everything was really fun! We did the Architectural River Cruise, 360 Observation Deck, Skydeck, Shedd Aquarium, and Art Institute. I would recommend all of them, but especially the Architectural River Cruise and Art Institute.

Nice way to see Chicago - Purchased pass to take advantage of advanced pricing and booking. Worked great. Took the architectural tour, visited Shedd and art museum. All in all, good experience.

Good experience with the City Pass in Chicago. - We didn't have a problem. In the app we were able to get the tickets easily and quickly. But it is very important to book in advance, at least a week in advance, the attractions that require it. We chose Skydeck, Science and Technology Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum and Architectural Boat Tour. The only thing we didn't like was the aquarium, it was bursting and half was undergoing remodeling. I did the comparison and really the savings are like 50% at least.

Confusing but worth it. - I was confused when I first started using the pass and had to enter multiple codes into the MCP app but once I did that, everything was great. I loved that I didn’t have to buy multiple things.

Worth the money for the savings - I would have liked a map of the area showing location of activities in relation to each other to help plan out my days and which activities I can do in one day. Also, jumping between apps “my city pass” and “Viator” or browser or email for tickets showing up once event is picked and reservation has been made.

CityPass C3 fit our needs - Bought the C3 Pass. It fit my agenda. Worked as advertised. No problems. Saved a bit on full costs to sites and tours. Compare passes to find the one that fits your specific needs.

An amazing journey through modern architecture - The Architecture Tour. The Shedd Aquarium not to my taste. TheGriifin Science Museum; definitely for families not mature solo travellers.

Good value IF… - The City pass is a good value IF you are able to take advantage of 5 of the offerings. With this pass there were 2 ‘must do’ attractions. 360 Chicago and Shedd Aquarium. However, when attempting to book 360 Chicago 1-2 days in advance, we were told there weren’t any time slots available. The next availability was 4 days away. Even though admission appointments were available all day for purchase on the 360 Chicago website. This was unfair since you could not select an alternate attraction to replace this ‘must do’ option. Customer service at city pass as well as 360 Chicago were no help. Very disappointing.
