- All interior areas of the ship are non-smoking. Guests who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks only.
- Dress Code: For women, dressy-casual attire such as pants, sundresses, nice shorts, or a nice outfit are recommended. For men, dressy-casual attire such as nice pants or shorts and a collared shirt are suggested. Nice, designer jeans are acceptable. However, casual jeans, t-shirts, athletic shoes, or flip flops are discouraged.
- Please arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes before your scheduled cruise time. The tour will begin promptly.

Boarding: Navy Pier. Parking: City Cruises does not own or operate any parking lots in the area. Local parking is available at 600 E Grand Ave. Chicago, IL 60611 for our Navy Pier Departures. Alternative parking is available at 460 E. Illinois St. and 403 E. Grand Ave. (one block from Navy Pier).

Great 2 hour brunch cruise - The Odyssey is a large, sleek vessel with large windows in the enclosed area. The buffet is in the center of the enclosed area with tables all around. When you purchase your ticket you get an assigned table, and can pay extra for a guaranteed window seat. The buffet food exceeded expectations for buffet service and food was available throughout the 2 hour cruise. Endless mimosas included with your ticket. The open air top of the vessel has comfortable seating with fantastic city views. A very enjoyable 2 hour cruise. Went on a sunny, warm day which enhanced the experience.

30th Birthday Brunch Cruise (13 Guests) - Extremely efficient, courteous and friendly staff and crew. Everyone made us feel special - our server Sam was absolutely the best! Very good food on the buffet and great views of Chicago.

Nice cruise, could be great but for a few glitches. - Ship was cool (had to call to find out name of the ship as you’re not told at booking, which is annoying), food was decent tho not great (buffet table items weren’t that hot), disco music was WAY too loud. Most frustrating was that we were given an inside table rather than a window table, we were told the window tables were “reserved”. There was no option to reserve a window table at booking tho, not even for an upcharge. Would have done this if offered. Several window seats stayed empty throughout the cruise but we were never offered the option to move, even tho we asked. The staff was great tho and the views were spectacular.

We never received a notification that we were missing the Yatch - We arrived couple minutes after 1pm and the yatch is gone. We never received any notification or call to let us know, maybe if they wait 3 minutes we don’t miss it

Horrible. - We had issues with parking which made us get there 1 min before boarding ended and they had already stopped letting people on. There were other people there that said they’d been there for 5 mins and wasn’t allowed on either. And with the no refund policy- our money went down the drain and they are were not willing to work it out. It was a horrible feeling on Mother’s Day.
