If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of your tour or rental time in order to be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to your scheduled time can be rescheduled for a $25/person rescheduling fee but will not be refunded.

This is one of the most serene experiences I ever had. The guides were incredibly helpful, caring, and fun! I can’t recommend going on the City Light Paddle enough.

Both instructors where very helpful, attentive, and they made sure everyone was engaged and where safe. Will try to do another tour when visiting city again. Highly recomend

it was a great experience just a little tiring on the way back. would be perfect if you could drop the kayak along the river walk and go have a beer. I realize that's not likely to happen.

It was an amazing experience, overall. This isn't really even a complaint but just feedback. When we started out, it was mentioned to the group that the trip was going to be casual and it really wasn't. The guide in the front of the group who was setting the pace flew so fast ahead that it was stressful to keep up. She was immediately just gone and I couldn't even see her canoe lights. Did we have to go at top speed the entire way? Couldn't we have checked out the geese or enjoyed the scenery along the way a little bit? Idk, maybe it's not possible to get all the way downtown unless you really motor. It was really cool regardless and I'd do it again. The guides were super nice and somehow remembered everyone's name super easily.
