You’ll get up close to all the attractions and cover an impressive 7 miles round trip. Segways are intuitive and easy to ride–you just need to be able to stand for the duration of the tour. Each group is limited to a maximum of 8 people per tour guide, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable adventure in the Second City that is unmatched.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour’s scheduled departure time to check-in and complete waivers. All guests will be provided with helmets. The tour starts at the departure time with a video and thorough one-on-one training with the tour guide. This training ensures that even the most apprehensive guest feels comfortable throughout the tour.

• Participants must be able to stand unassisted for the duration of the tour and must be able to ascend a flight of stairs without assistance.
• Operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
• All participants are required to sign a waiver and release form.
