Entertaining tour with a fantastic guide - This tour was brilliant. Dan, our guide, was very informative and also had stills/photos from the movies and TV series to compare and match with the locations we visited. Dan himself is an actor and an extra in numerous TV series so really knew his stuff. I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in movies and TV and it's an opportunity to see some lovely Chicago architecture along the way.

Great walking tour in Chicago - We really enjoyed this tour. Dan was a fantastic tour guide, he showed us lots of filming locations. He also works in the industry so was able to give us a lot of interesting insights into the industry. We’ve done a few tours on this trip and this was by far the best. 10/10

Awesome Tour! Awesome Guide! - Many thanks to Dan for a great private tour! We are from the Chicago area, but still learned so much! We had no idea about some locations from famous movies that were actually filmed in Chicago. As a member of the industry, Dan is knowledgeable about the facts he wants to share with his guests, but also shares some very cool insight based on his active experience in the industry. 5 stars and highly recommended. Thanks Dan!

Great walking tour in Chicago - We had a brilliant time on our tour with Dan, he was a charismatic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. He was happy to move at our pace, answer questions and loved his humour! 10/10. The only issue we had was that the starting location changed and we weren’t informed so we had a bit of a stressful start finding him! The office quickly helped when we called and we were able to do the tour.

Cool tour - The Downtown Chicago TV & Movie Sites Tour is really great especially if you take the time to watch the films or shows that are featured on the tour. It was really cool to see the locations that were a part of scenes filmed there. Dan was very informative and had many insights as he has experience in the Chicago film industry. Highly recommend.

Good and expert tour - We had this tour from Dan, an expert who also works as an extra in the film industry in Chicago. He did this with great enthusiasm, his tour was interwoven with personal experiences. A downside is that the “Married with children” fountain is not taken as a starting point. But otherwise the pace was good, expect Dan to easily add an hour, so allow more than sufficient time. Highly recommended for any visit to Chicago.

Do yourself a favor - skip this tour! - We took this walking tour during our family vacation. Not only was the guide late in arriving to our meeting destination but so were everyone else. Instructions are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start at 10:00 a.m. The guide arrived at 9:55 the guide made us wait until 10:20 for others to arrive. Also, after that other arrived and just joined in without showing any reservation or pass. The guide was terrible - literally all he did was talk about himself and how he is a stand in for various shows and what it is he did in that role. He showed pictures on his phone of various actors - pictures you can see in any magazine! This is not what the tour was supposed to be about. We left the tour very shortly after we started when we realized this was all about the guide and nothing about movie or tv sites. This is the worst tour ever and I wish we had never booked it! It was a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor a skip it.

WORST TOUR EXPERIENCE - We had our tour booked for Sunday. They texted and said that they needed to move it to friday which was complicated for our schedules but we accepted this change. When we showed up to the appointment no one was there. The number from where they sent the text was not answering and it was very difficult to get in contact with them. After one hour they said it was not here problem.
