Hard Rock Cafe - Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease.

How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

Best Hard Rock thus far - Team Us 2K enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. Lunch included Cedar Plank Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans, Cheeseburger with Fries and Buffalo Wings. Drinks included Bahama Mama's and a Pride Love drink. To end things perfectly, we enjoyed a Brownie Sundae. The service was amazing as our waitress was very informative and joyful. Even the manager came to visit our table to say hello. This was by far one of our favorite Hard Rock Café's and highly recommended if in the Chicago area. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Good quality food, a HRC standard - Good, standard Hard Rock food. Mac and Cheese used to have a little spicy zing, but no longer. Pretty good sized serving and not bad taste, just would be a little better with some zing. Pulled pork was very good. Fast service, except for the amount of time required to get AAA discount applied. Overall, a very good lunch.

One of the best! IT ROCKS. - This is one of the best Hard Rocks that I’ve ever been to. Great shop, great beer, great rock memorabilia, and the staff are great. I strongly recommend a visit when you visit Chicago!

Meh - Great music choices which makes the atmosphere fun. A little too close to other tables for comfort during covid times. I always appreciate a place with gluten free buns. My daughter got the kids chicken fingers but didn’t like them….I could see why. The outside was super crunchy. Our seasoned fries were barely seasoned. But it was fine. It’s Hard Rock…not some fine dining. One of the cheaper places we went in downtown Chicago.

Rude waitress - The food, the drink and the waiter who served us were wonderful, however I asked a waitress who was not serving us for the bill, because she had not seen ours for a while and in a VERY RUDE manner, she told me that she did not He had that table, when he could have given any other answer and in another attitude. Honestly, it ruined our dinner.

Very disappointing - Food was ok however although burger bap was toasted it was very cold (must have been toasted a while) given the price charged I was very disappointed. Drinks took a long time to arrive and eventually when they arrived one was missing, long-standing member of Hard Rock Cafe Club I have visited many all over the world. This is the last meal I will ever eat at HRC.

Inaccurate communications almost ruined dinner - This is a review of my Viator experience, not the Hard Rock Cafe. All communication from Viator indicated mobile tickets for the experience. However when I arrived at Hard Rock Cafe the actual Viator "ticket" indicated that it must be printed. The fantastic Manager at Hard Rock was able to work around the email and print the ticket for us. Had he not gotten his printer to work we would not have been able to use the ticket at all. Viator's communications need to be fixed to manage this process.

Horrible! - For starters, due to Covid, they were working on reduced hours but they still allowed reservations with the latest time being 9 pm. Here's where the problems began. We made a reservation on Open Table for 9 pm. W e got there and was seated. We were approached by the waiter who proceeded to tell us they close at 9. Well sir that's a problem because this location accepted a 9 pm reservation. He had an attitude and told us "well it even says it on Google" which didn't matter considering that there were reservations still being accepted. He rushed our drink orders because of the time and we told him, we were waiting on another person to arrive he said ok. When the other person arrived, the doors were locked and they couldn't get it so we opened the door ourselves to let her in. The service was horrible and I have never in my life been rushed like that when it wasn't our fault they accepted our reservation but decided to close at 9 on a Saturday night. I'll never return.
