Arrive at 400 N Michigan Avenue 30 minutes before your departure and you will be directed to your boarding dock. Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive if driving. We do not have parking. It is recommend that you book parking in advance.

Amazing skyline - Very relaxing and informative the host was knowledgeable on the rich history of Chicago. The sunset and skyline were amazing I’ll book this every time I make a trip to Chicago

Great tour of the river and lake - Had a great time touring the river and Lake Michigan! Would definitely do again! Difficult to locate the boat the instructions were vague but overall had a great time!

Lake Michigan view - The view on lake Michigan of the skyline was the best. The ticket situation and customer service was not good at the gate. I paid for 5 and they made me buy another ticket in order to get on boat. I will be calling viator customer service but I am busy being in a wedding today. The bride and the brides crew were with me on boat and this us embarrassing

Just okay - Stuck sitting 30 minutes for the lock to open it wasn’t the best day for me the boat could have been better also, was very slow starting out and boring
