Willis Building Experience - I thought the museum leading up to the Ledge was a wonderful way to understand the building and the city. Loved the concept.

a Chicago highlight - Highly recommend going to the skydeck if you are in Chicago! The views are amazing and stepping out on to the ledge was so cool. We booked our tickets for 9:30 and we were a little afraid that we wouldn't make it on time because it said to arrive 15 minutes early, but we found that wasn't a problem at all. They still took our tickets even though we arrived a little late. There is a nice small museum area that talks about Chicago and the willis tower history that you can walk through before you get to the skydeck. The skydeck was pretty crowded, but I feel that the staff did a great job trying to accomodate for that. You only get 90 seconds in the the deck, so be prepared for the pose you want for pictures! I like how you were able to get back in line after you go through to get on the ledge also.

Great views of the city - My wife and I visited here around dusk during a recent trip to Chicago. (We'd been here in 2015, during the day, with the kids.) The pre-ascent activities as you line up for the elevator have been significantly improved, with some cool facts about the tower and photos ops that were fun. The view from the 103rd floor was great, as it was last time. $42/person seems a bit steep for something that takes ~1 hour, though.

One and done - No real wow affect. Nice but people aren’t supervised well enough by staff and they take too long and hog up areas making it difficult for some to enjoy.

Overpriced - For $46 per person, I was expecting more. Yes, the little museum is cute, but it would’ve been nicer to do after - most people rushed through in order to get up to the deck. I loved that they took our picture twice, we got to the end, had them all nice and printed out prior to our arrival… only for it to COST $35-45 EXTRA FOR TWO PHOTOS?!!! Why have them already printed out… just to charge an arm and a leg? Please don’t spend $100 on this basic experience. Just go up a different tall building for free.

unkind and rude photo man - My experience could have been better if they would had a kinder person when people stand on the glass deck, those people there, the only thing they want is to take costly pictures and that's it. A young Hispanic man was extremely rude just because I wanted for my husband to take me a pic, and the time (90 seconds) ran off, that man should not be there since it seems, he does not know nothing about how to treat senior customers. He is also short of hearing, I asked him a couple of questions in Spanish, and he looked at me like as I was talking to the walls, yes, he speaks Spanish. This is an only time experience, and they should be more considerate. I understand the rules, but please be kind!

Wait in line forever! Horrible experience. - The line moved SLOWLY and was taking FOREVER so we QUIT before ever making it to the elevator. After 45 minutes in that horrible line, an employee told us we were still “quite a ways” from the elevator.
