Art... Beer... Art... Who could ask for more? - First, let’s get the COVID worries out the way! This tour event followed all the regulations, plenty of space to keep 6ft distance and everyone wore a mask, including the guide. This also was the case in the brewery. It was set up for maximum risk control and enjoyment. And to top off that Covid Safety Sundae, the tour came with a cool face mask that’s great for throwing in a purse or car if ever you forget one for those quick in & out trips. Now for the fun stuff... the guide was knowledgeable, charismatic and well spoken. He was somehow able to clearly convey all the cool facts and trivia about the street art throughout the tour. Even more amazing he was able to hear our questions and engaged the group during the process. Anyone that has been wearing a mask and tries to communicate now or days understands how impressive this really is. The arts and crafts project with beers at the end was the icing on this amazing experiential cake. Needless to say I highly recommend checking out this tour and all the other things native312 events has going. Cheers!

Learn by Walking! - Having recently moved to Chicago, my husband and I really wanted to explore the city and gain some insight into the street art we have seen since our move. Who knew a tour which focused on both even existed? We hit the jackpot! A hidden gem of a tour which should receive 5 GOLD stars for the knowledge that was shared with us by our phenomenal guide, Adam. His ability to answer our incessant questions to learn more about the uniqueness of each artist’s work was so appreciated. This was such a great way to spend a beautiful autumn weekend afternoon! It is definitely a tour we will recommend to family and friends when visiting us. We also appreciated the COVID 19 safety precautions of wearing masks, socially distancing and limiting participants being adhered to.

Fun tour for locals and tourists - I lived near part of the b_line for 4 years and was always curious about the art and its origins. While looking for something to do with a friend I was introducing to the city I saw the tour and thought it would be a fun opportunity for us both. We had Javi as our tour guide and he was excellent. He was able to answer all of our questions, didn’t make us feel uncomfortable about being completely ignorant about street art and gave us plenty of time to soak it all in while providing us with the background on the art/artists and how it all started. He made it really fun. To end an already enjoyable tour we got to check out District Brew Yards and try some delicious local beer. A great experience, highly recommend.

2:31 cancellation for 2:30 tour - I debated about whether to leave a review, because I know people get sick and emergencies happen, but I wish I hadn’t disregarded the previous reviewer who said their tour was canceled last-minute. I got a phone call at 2:31pm that our 2:30pm tour was canceled. We had built our afternoon around the tour, and paid a pricey Lyft bill to get there. Even 30 minutes notice would have saved us $30 and some aggravation. Looks like a cool tour, though.

TOUR CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE - AVOID AVOID AVOID - We've booked the 12 pm tour. We paid $25 to Uber from our hotel to go to the meeting point. Nobody at the meeting point, 10 minutes after still nobody, we called the support line who informed us 10 minutes after that the tour was in fact cancelled ... Completely wasted our morning. Obviously, the $25 Uber was not reimbursed.
