If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of your tour or rental time in order to be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to your scheduled time can be rescheduled for a $25/person rescheduling fee but will not be refunded.

My wife and I signed up for Kayaking lessons as we didn’t know much about the sport and we were not an athletic couple. Our instructor, Eric was very patient with his instructions and very helpful as he assisted my wife and I getting on and off the boat. We enjoyed Kayaking immensely and is now an added excursion wherever we travel. Great experience with Chicago Kayak.

I signed up for the beginner class as I purchased a kayak and wanted to learn the fundamentals before hitting the water. Apparently, the whole world already knew how to kayak as I was the only one in the class! Anyway, my instructor was excellent! He taught the basics and injected a history lesson and some of this personal experience as well. The entire staff at kayak Chicago were professional and loved their job!

Adam was very enthusiastic about his job and wanted to share as much information as he could. He took his time to show and teach everyone to their abilities and strengths. 10/10 will go back and share this place with my friends.

Great class and kayaking. Matt was an outstanding teacher. Very knowledgeable and presented it in a fun way. The kayaking was wonderful, too. Great experience.

I would highly recommend this class for those who have not kayaked before! Adam is a great instructor. He covered the basics and helped each of us out with tips when we went into the water. It's great value for the price. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested.

Too many positive things to list them all. Matt was extraordinary in his explanation of kayaks, kayaking as well as the river and the wildlife. The staff were friendly and helpful in a genuine way. The equipment was clean and in good condition. The organization and plan for the session were well considered. The staff seemed patient towards older customers.
