An amazing bird watching experience - The guides were amazing and very knowledgeable. This was a truly amazing experience and we could not be happier with the tour.

A comfortable day trip to check out some of Colombia's birds in a beautiful park - We booked this tour at the last minute because a visit to Chingaza for birdwatching wasn't working out in our schedule. This itinerary worked out very well. The park is about an hour-ish away from downtown Bogota in rush hour traffic on a weekday. Natalie was our guide and Johnny was our driver. We were lucky to be the only visitors at the park on our visit so we got tu spend ample time enjoying the serenity and majesty of the park and its incredible feathered inhabitants. Pickup was on time, the conversation was great, and Natalie was probably chirpier than any of the birds at the Park 😂! We spotted about six species and really enjoyed the walk downhill and back. If you're considering a visit to this park, know that you have to walk up the way you went down (although there is an alternate trail that loops back). After a great lunch at the visitor center, we got back to the city around 5pm. Really enjoyed Natalie's energy and enthusiasm. Glad we did this trip!

Great birds and good organization - Really great experience! My guide Jose was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the country Colombia at the same time. Birds were also good with some unexpected highlights, can fully recommend this trip for birdwatching near Bogota.

I was somewhat... - I was somewhat disappointed with this trip. We chose to leave at 7 AM to get an early start, but we stopped for breakfast, outside of the park, and at a hummingbird viewpoint and so we did not get into the park until 10 AM, and so missed most of the bird activity. The cost is high for what the experience was. Also, the title is misleading - the cost of the tour does not include lunch.
