Wouldn't change a thing - What a great day! Jesus and Marcella took great care of us. I would absolutely recommend a visit with these guys. Jesus gave us detailed knowledge of the sites but also the local perspective, what to expect from vendors at Chitchen Itza or that there would be bicycles to rent at Coba. He prepared us very well and took great care of us. Marcella did a great job keeping us on schedule and getting us through traffic.

If you are looking for an AUTHENTIC Mayan experience...You have come to the right excursion!!! - We booked this excursion prior to our flight for our vacation. We saved this trip away from our hotel for our last full day in Playa Del Carmen, and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our tour guide was Tonantzin (pronounce Too Nancy), and she was a rock star of a tour guide. Her knowledge of the ruins and cenotes made this trip to see some ancient history just that much better. She actually provided us with a bonus experience, stopping at an authentic Mexican cemetery. She did a great job getting us in to Chichen Itza first thing in the morning before the crowds really showed up. This is a great overall trip for anyone interested in the Mayan culture and history. Note: this was a 12 hr day total from when we were picked up from our resort until they dropped us off in the evening, but worth every minute! Thank you Tonantzin <3!!!

Historical day trip - We really enjoyed our day trip, and Tonantzin was a great guide for the archaeological sites and offered to take lots of pictures of us. We got to Chichén Itzá and the cenote before it got too hot and crowded, and Coba has a good tree cover so we enjoyed our bike ride through the area. Would recommend

My 12-year old son and enjoyed Coba the most and cycling throughout the jungle, one in a life time opportunity. Thank you!

Wonderful experience with a first-rate guide - Spectacular, the excursion and our guide, Antonio, great connoisseur of the Mayan culture in particular and the history of Mexico in general. He explained everything phenomenal and took the best group photos. Stunning Chichen Itza, spectacular Coba with a jungle bike ride, wonderful cenote and very decent food. In addition we could see a couple more things, not included in the excursion, that completed the day. Antonio offered us water and snacks for the road and the van was perfect.

There's no better Tour you can find - Wonderful experience in a small group of seven people. An incredible bliss to have Antonio as our guide and driver this gentleman is certified and has deep knowledge of the archaeology of the astronomy of symbology, amazing data from recent discoveries . . . For me knowing a little about the history of Mexico before I arrived and was believed to have been raised in Hispanic America this gentleman opened the door much more details than the general public might think. And what the books teach. He took his time with many explanations and gave us many extras of being able to know more about the area, ethnicity and culture of these wonderful Cities. Thanks Antonio for everything.

Small bus tour is the way to go - A small group tour is the best way to see these sights without being rushed from here to there and avoiding the lucky-lucky boys nat every stop. Our guides were punctual and professional and the content was just right. We enjoyed it.

Small group, good service, great guide - Our guide, Tonantzin, was absolutely fantastic! This was my second visit to Chichen Itza and far exceeded my first one. The group was small, hotel pickup was on time, and the guide was exceptional. Tonantzin is a natural storyteller and shared so much about both Chichen Itza and Coba without giving us a memorized script, as often happens with other guides. She also served as our tour photographer and took many well-composed pictures of each of us. I only wish that the company, Rivieria Maya Excursions could accept payment by credit card. Trip Advisor accepts payment by credit card which of course increased the cost. I much prefer booking directly with a company when possible.
