Worth it! - We had an incredible time on this tour. Our guide Maria was a wealth of knowledge and shared a lot of interesting information and graphics at the ruins. She checked in with us often and was very friendly and caring along with everyone else on the tour. It is a long day of walking and driving, but the A/C in the van was great and the driver was a total pro. We were early at every location on the trip and missed a lot of the crowds. Cenote Hubiku was beautiful and the cochinita hype was real. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Highly recommended experience (Chichen otza, Ek Balam and Hubiku) - We had an amazing day with Tonantzin (guide) and the whole team (I don't remember the driver's name, I think Guillermo). At all times we were made to feel comfortable during the trip with fresh water and snacks. In the ruins (Chiche Itza and Ek Balam) the explanations were excellent and detailed, and left us wanting to know more about the Mayan culture. We finished the excursion at the wonderful Hubiku Cenote and could taste delicious local food like lime soup or pibil cochinita tacos in a 100% Mexican dining room frequented by local people. In short, highly recommended experience.

Highly recommended - Highly recommended, our Guide was Antonio and Guillermo the driver. Antonio not only gave us some explanations about what we were visiting very interesting, he also made us very enjoyable the journey (which is quite long) to Chichen Itza telling us curiosities about Mexico, always supported on his tablet. And as if that were not enough he made us a photographer:) The visits also highly recommended, especially with the planning there was, since we arrived at the sites with very few people and so it was wonderful. Guillermo very friendly and good driver, we encountered an accident on the way back and could see his skills behind the wheel:)

Best Riviera Maya Tour! - We had an amazing experience. Our guide Antonio (Toño) was the best. He was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing Mayan history with us. Toño also took the time to take picture of us at each site. He's a great photographer! I would definitely recommend this tour!

Experience of 10 - Excellent excursion of 10! Our guide was Antonio and our driver Juan Alberto. The best we could have in Riviera Maya. We were picked up super early to be the first in all the Mayan cities. Explaining all his wisdom. We spent the two best days of our vacation with them. We were offered water and food throughout the day. Answering all our questions. They participated in all the experiences we had. We can't be happier with them. Thank you so much for making these days unforgettable. We were with a 9-year-old boy and what he liked most were the explanations of the Mayan ruins.

100% recommended excursion - We just returned from the excursion delighted.Punctuality and professionalism of 10. We enjoyed it very much, largely thanks to the invaluable work of our guide Antonio Hernandez. A real crack and a charming person. His wisdom and knowledge of the Mayan people are superlative. But in turn, the way to explain is enjoyable, pedagogical and you spend the day flying. Ah!! And an additional bonus: he is a top photographer! Thank you for making us enjoy this excursion on our honeymoon.

Wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime experience - We LOVED seeing the ruins, learning about the Mayan civilization and swimming in the cenote. Our hosts/guides were really wonderful - Liberado ably handled traffic and bumpy roads and helped us make the best time we could; Tonancy (not sure of spelling) handled all of the ticketing and kept us informed about procedures, with a great sense of fun and joy - she also helped me bargain with a vendor in a respectful and appropriate way then gave me the cultural info and history of the item I purchased; Maria was just outstanding - she was knowledgeable and engaging, careful of our comfort and well-being and the needs of the different populations in our group of 8 people. She not only taught us about the Mayan people, but framed what we learned in the context of other cultures, to help us have deeper connection and understanding and not see the Mayans as "other." We went at the end of May and took the earliest tour (they picked us up right on time at our hotel), but it is a long and HOT day with lots of driving time, so be prepared for that, but totally worth it. The cenote was heavenly. The air conditioning in the van did not work well - we hope the company can fix that - it was hot not only for guests, but also for the guides/hosts who have to work in these conditions every day.

Unreasonable cancelation from provider - Absolutely unprofessional! Nowhere in the tour information or booking was it listed that if there were not enough participants that the tour company would cancel, yet this is exactly what they did! The afternoon prior we received an email and text from the tour provider asking if we could reschedule to a different day due to there not being enough participants, and stating that if unable the tour would be canceled. This made it VERY difficult to schedule another tour with another provider due to being absolutely last minute and took away a very looked forward to and valuable part of our vacation. I will never schedule with Riviera Maya again! the only reasonable part of the provider is that the refund was rapidly processed.
