- Chichen Itza - Once the reservation is confirmed, the operator will pick up the guest at the specified location and date. It is recommended to schedule the pick-up at 6:00 a.m. to avoid crowds and heat (the site is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), but the operator is flexible with the guest’s preferred pick-up time. - Chichen Itza - Once the reservation is confirmed, the operator will pick up the guest at the specified location and date. It is recommended to schedule the pick-up at 6:00 a.m. to avoid crowds and heat (the site is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), but the operator is flexible with the guest’s preferred pick-up time. After pick-up, the operator will drive the guest to Chichen Itza, where there will be 2 hours to explore and learn about the highlights of Mayan history. Guests will also have free time for personal exploration, photography, or shopping.
- Cenote Ik Kil - This Cenote has been selected because the system requires all stops to be pre-described and established. However, due to the pandemic, many clients request less crowded cenotes, and the operator can suggest alternatives that meet this preference. The operator can take the guest to this Cenote or another of their choice. This can be discussed further once in the vehicle.
- Cenote Ik Kil - Guests will have approximately 60 minutes to enjoy a regional buffet meal, where they can choose from salads, vegetables, pasta, chicken, fish, pork, rice, beans, desserts, etc. As it is a buffet service, guests can have multiple servings or try different dishes. One drink is included with the meal, such as juice, water, or beer. Additional drinks can be purchased directly from the waiter.

Chichen itza tour to use - This was a great private trip experience. The ride was relaxing and comfortable. We beat the crowds in the morning to chichen itza. Gabrielle our guide was very knowledgeable about the Mayan history and walked us around the site. The cenote was really nice too! We were back at our hotel with day to spare.
Overall much better experience than I can imagine on one of the huge tour busses all day.

Brilliant time - Brilliant experience. Picked us up from the hotel on time at 6am and from start to finish couldnt have asked for more. The drive there included a stop for takeout coffee/breakfast, Valladolid, and we arrived well before the main crowds. Something that wouldnt have happened with standard tours. Enriziki (Sorry I wont have spelt this right) was hugely knowledgeable and spent time advising on history with passion and energy. We also had free time to wander round as much as we wanted. The trip to the cenote after was great and then on the drive home my husband got a local beer with chilli in which was a great last minute touch.
We chose this tour because I having come all this way from the UK we wanted something memorable. I didnt want to get a big coach tour and spend half my time doing pick ups or find myself only having an hour at chichen itza and no flexibility. Yes a private tour is slightly more expensive but chances are you're only going to do this once so in our book was so worth it.

Worth the expense! - Gabriel was terrific. On time, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. We decided it was too cold for our interest in swimming cenotes so he took us to another myan ruins site that I had never heard off.

Excellent and honest service - We had Nefi as our tour guide. He was right on time to pick us up. We are a group of 5 people with a toddler and a kid under 10. He was wonderful in speaking to them and was very patient and answered them to every question they had.
He explained us well and gave precise information about chichen itza.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tour.

Make Your Own Tour was the Best Day Spent in Cancun Area - We had the best day ever with Gabriel! We went to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, tequila tasting, and a cenote. It was a long, beautiful tour with the most knowledgeable, interesting, and engaging guide, Gabriel. I can't recommend him enough. Make Your Own Tour is exactly that - we were able to choose where to go and Gabriel did a great job of timing everything perfectly so that we beat the crowds and the heat. Definitely worth the extra money to spend your time learning and exploring on a private tour instead of spending hours picking people up from several hotels in traffic, which I experienced on my last trip (and won't ever do again!).

The best private tour! - Miguel is the best, and he was very friendly and accommodating! The 6am start is worth it to beat the heat and crowd! We even enjoyed coffee and sandwiches from a local coffee shop in Valladolid on the way to Chichen Itza. Miguel was very knowledgable, informative and hilarious during the tour making the history so fun to learn! The cenote is gorgeous and we beat the crowd there as well, which allowed my wife and I to take all the gopro photos and videos we wanted without people in the background. The lunch buffet was very delicious and much needed after all the activities. Highly recommend this private tour to make the most of your experience.

Great day with Family + Education + Swimming - This tour was a family highlight of our trip to Cancun! It was a long day, but it was great to have the private van for our group. Our guide was very friendly and was able to share so much good information about the historical site, as well as the area. His tour of the pyramid area was excellent, and he got us there before the large crowds arrived by buses later in the morning. We also went swimming in a cenote and enjoyed a nice lunch after. My teenage kids really loved it.
