Great trip and history lesson! - Victor Manuel was a great guide. Super knowledgeable. He gave a great background wrt to the anthropological, historical, and archeological roots of the area and the Mayans. Driver Omer was great too! Chichen Itza is extremely hot so prepare accordingly. Would have been nice to have had umbrellas or some other shade - but that has nothing to do with your.

Guided tour - Our tour guide, Alberto, and driver, Julio, were fantastic - very knowledgeable and accommodating. Bring bug spray to Chichen Itza. Cenote was amazing and lunch was excellent and authentic!

Excellent Tour - Cancun Elite made this trip amazing. Our tour guide, Josue was very knowledgeable and timely. He made it what we wanted it to be. We could stay longer, leave when we wanted from place to place. The experience was one of the best tours I've been on. Our driver, Alfredo, was excellent as well. We felt safe and had a wonderful time.

What a trip and what a tour guide! - What a trip and what a tour guide! Layla was just amazing and made the tour so interesting for the whole family. She started by telling us about Chichen Itza in the minibus to save time on the tour and allow us to enjoy the experience and take photos. This will be one of our highlights of our trip, the Cenote and lunch were 1st class.

A 1000/10 must do. - The most amazing tour ever!! Highly recommend. Ruth and Benjamin were the best. Couldnt have asked for better tour guides. Ruth was super friendly and funny. Very knowledgeable and knew lots of people along the way which made the tour better. She was so helpful. They provided drinks and snacks the whole trip which helped when you have kids. Benjamin was an excellent driver. Got us there and back safely. The cenotes was amazing. Kids were in awe. Everyone had a great time food was excellent. I can't stress enough how amazing this your was. Highlight of our vacation. I recommend lots of sunscreen and mosquito repellent, and a hat. Only regret is that I didn't have more money to time Ruth and Benjamin, they deserved it.

Highly recommend - My husband and I took this tour with our two kids, ages 14 and 8. Miguel was our guide and Omar was our driver, they were both fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. We had a great day and highly recommend this trip.

Amazing experience, great guide - This was an amazing experience. We had a private tour with our family of 6 adults including our 20 year old autistic son. Our guide, Victor Manuel was very informative of the Mayan culture and civilization. It was interesting to learn of the Mayan calender at Chichen Itza and Victor Manuel's personal heritage. The buffet at Selva Maya had a great variety of tasty food and even my autistic son found something he liked. The cenote was truly and experience. The clear, cool water was refreshing and you could either jump from the high deck or use a ladder to enter the water. Our driver Carlos, did an excellent job of navigating the flooded streets in sometimes heavy rain. The van was clean and comfortable and the beer, soda, water, and snacks provided were much appreciated!

Great tour and service - The overall service was good. The car was clean and in good condition. Carmone our guide was courteous and professional. One of the cenotes on the trip was closed but Carmine and team were able to take us to another place where all of our family had a good time. Plan for atleast 9 hrs if you want to do all 3 sites.
