Perfect - This is a fantastic tour and i would highly recommend it to anyone. Our tour guide was a man called christian who has amazing knowledge and was very fun and engaging. Before this tour started i had made a mistake and booked it from the wrong hotel and they fixed it all for me with out a issue. Fantastic.

Disappointing: We booked an English tour and got a Spanish monologue with extremely poor information on Chichen Itza - 1. I booked a tour with an English guide, though the whole tour was done in Spanish by Hector. Here and there, the guide included half a sentence in English in his Spanish monologue out of any context (like: "see here, any questions?"), which did not make any sense to the 6 people in our group who knew no Spanish. 2. We got up very early and were brought to a meeting point, but had to wait there for 45 minutes till our bus finally came: not well organized. 3. The information at the historic sites of Chichen Itza was very, very poor - and completely non-understandable. No basic facts about the Maya, the history of the site, about Chichen Itza and what you could see there. Altogether: Disappointing
