Great Tour and Travel Experience - Jorge was a great guide with plenty of knowledge to share with the group. The tour was extremely well organized - we started at the cenote and since we got there early, we were able to enjoy more of it without the crowds. Next we went to visit the shaman and were made sure we understood the meaning of their history. Finally, we went to Chichen Itza where they gave us umbrellas for the sun and a great tour guide. Additionally had a hour to explore it on our own and made a quick stop at town nearby afterwards for some ice cream. They also provided a snack on the way and had plenty variety of beverages. Overall, would definitely recommend for those traveling!!

Was Okay - but chaotic - The first part of the trip was very chaotic. Pick up from hotel in small white van. Taken to tourist shop and told to wait in line with no explanation. English was not spoken. Waited in long line then asked to pay 800 pesos for tax and then moved to various queues. Was very chaotic as lots of people there and no clear guidance. After alot of chaos finally was put into a line for our coach. Coach was full but comfy. They sat English translation people at the back and Spanish at front. Was given the worst possible seat on bus near toilet with no window. Then once we got going an agent came and gave us a long English translation about the history and what we were doing. Very hard to hear when sat right at the back and near toilet which kept making noise. Arrived at first destination at Mayan village and for lunch. Taken of bus and asked to wait. Asked the agent who spoke English to clarify how long we were there for and was given quite an 'abrupt' response saying he had explained everything already on the bus. Apart from this the overall tour was good and saw alot. However the tour states we would spend ONE HOUR in the town of Vallidoid but we only got 30mins which was not enough time. Things were not quite as advertised.

Could be great… need a dedicated English tour guide - This tour is a lot of buss! I could be the best maya cultural trip… but it’s mostly a Spanish speaking guide with English commentary. Do not sit in the back of the buss. They you will not be able to see anything of what the guide talks about out in the front of the buss. They oils improve this tour by having dedicated guide for English and split the buss in Spanish and English speaking. If you go in this tour you should understand Spanish!

Overall great experience - The tour was a bit disorganized. After being picked up, we were taken to a place to register. Hundreds of people were there. After registering, it was unclear which group each person was supposed to be in. I had to be proactive and ask around until I found a group that would let me join them. I could have easily been left behind. They should make it easier for people to know where to go. That being said, the tour itself was great. Chichen Itza is awesome, and the guide we had there was excellent. We spent two hours there, which I felt like was just right. Then we went to the cenote (sinkhole). I recommend going for a swim in it. It's not enough just to see it; you need to experience it. Bring extra money to rent a lifejacket (which is required), and to rent a locker (which is necessary). Lunch was good, although I did feel like we spent too much time at that location. Like all tours, this one had its fair share of "tourist traps", but don't feel obligated to buy anything that you don't want to. All in all, it was a great experience.

Nice Day Trip from Cancun - I had a good time on this tour. I went on a Thursday and was picked up from my hotel around 7:45 AM (the last pick up) in a shuttle van and then taken to the meetup point where we were placed into larger buses. While the pick-up group size was less than 14, the actual group size on the bus was closer to 60. Our guide, Jorge, was pretty entertaining. I think we headed out around 8:30 AM. Our first top was for a welcome ceremony, a shop, and lunch. I did like that lunch came first before all the major activities. As far as activities, this ended up being the shoulder season/transition into the off-season so Chichen Itza wasn't as crowded. Our tour guide, Pablo, was great and even if you don't use one of these tours to get to Chichen Itza and go on your own, I would definitely recommend taking a guided tour once there to get the full context of why El Castillo (Temple of Kukulcan) is a 7 Wonder. The cenote swim was refreshing after a hot and humid day and wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be which was nice. With about 15 minutes of time to change at the start and finish, and 30 minutes in the water, it took about an hour. If you wear your bathing suit under your clothes, you might get an extra 5-10 minutes in the water up front, or if you want, use that time to walk around the site. Also know you don't have to swim if you don't want to. I wish the Valladolid stop could be a little longer, but it sounds like there's a rule in place that limits how long tour buses can be stopped in the town. It's a very long day, I think it was about 8:45 by the time I was dropped off at the hotel so plan accordingly. Wear closed toed shoes for the start, and then pack your water shoes, towel, etc. for the cenote. You can leave that bag on the bus, which was locked. I also purchased the Deluxe ticket, which felt worth it to not have to worry about drinks, including alcoholic ones. Because of the heat and humidity, I also brought my own (reusable) water bottle, which came in handy to stay hydrated. Consider packing your own snacks if needed as well. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience.

Protest over poor service - It is not admissible that they have us all morning at a shopping site for indigenous items and forcing us to have lunch at 11 am, with the reduced food supply of the place, plus they decided the small portion that should be served. We feel they should not take advantage of customers to do their own business.
Within the offer that was looked at in the app, there was no visit to that business and so long. Whereas they left us only 20 minutes in Valladolid and we didn't know what we were going to and it was already dark.
The guide touched on sensitive topics such as religious beliefs and especially denigrated Catholic Christians, for 40 minutes, promoting what it would sell later, such as the astral chart and magical esoteric objects. We believe it is disrespectful and disrespectful to people who do not share your beliefs.
In no way do we recommend this tour with this company.

The tour operator misrepresented, then when asked to give a refund, they refused to take us and did not provide a refund - This is the worst experience and I would warn anyone not to book with this tour operator. They advertise a group size of 15, but then come with a 65-person bus. Prior to boarding the bus at our hotel, I asked why there was a big bus, since we booked a small group tour. I was told by both the man and woman on the bus that we were just being transported temporarily to another location, which they called their transit center, and then being put on smaller buses. They took us 6km away to a tourist trap shop to collect $40 USD additional fees per person and then told us that it was a big group. We asked for a refund and they refused and said we started the tour. Then they refused to take us anyway and left us stranded. We were told lies by numerous people, including their supervisor. The supervisor was the rudest person of all and told all his employees not to let us on the buses (especially when they had no intention of providing a refund). Requested a refund through Viator and the tour operator refused. We have escalated and will be filing a dispute if not refunded in the next 48 hours. This tour operator gives all honest Mexican tour operators a bad reputation. People book tours to enjoy their experience and we especially booked the tour since it was listed as group size of 15 people. One of our kids has extreme anxiety and ADHD and a large group would never have worked. Don’t trust this operator. I have requested Viator to drop them from their offerings due to false advertising regarding group size but also the additional $40 USD per person that they collect when they pick you up, makes them just as expensive as everyone else but with poor service and a large group size.
