Great Tour and Travel Experience - Jorge was a great guide with plenty of knowledge to share with the group. The tour was extremely well organized - we started at the cenote and since we got there early, we were able to enjoy more of it without the crowds. Next we went to visit the shaman and were made sure we understood the meaning of their history. Finally, we went to Chichen Itza where they gave us umbrellas for the sun and a great tour guide. Additionally had a hour to explore it on our own and made a quick stop at town nearby afterwards for some ice cream. They also provided a snack on the way and had plenty variety of beverages. Overall, would definitely recommend for those traveling!!

Chichen visit - The tour to Chichen Itza was absolutely wonderful. It included convenient pick-up and round-trip transportation, making the entire experience hassle-free. We started with a visit to the breathtaking Chichen Itza, where we marveled at the impressive ruins and learned about the rich history of the Mayan civilization. After exploring the site, we enjoyed a delicious lunch that was both refreshing and satisfying. Next, we headed to a beautiful cenote, where we had the chance to swim in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by natural beauty. The tour also took us to the charming town of Valladolid, where we strolled through its picturesque streets and soaked in the local culture. Overall, the tour was a perfect blend of adventure, history, and relaxation, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing - We had an amazing experience visiting Chichen Itza with my girlfriend. Everything was impeccably organized and timely, starting from the hotel pick-up. The journey took us about two and a half to three hours, but it was worth it. Exploring Chichen Itza, followed by a refreshing swim in a cenote, and concluding our adventure in Valladolid, where we indulged in some shopping and enjoyed some free time. It's truly a hassle-free way to explore this area and immerse yourself in its beauty.

Overall great experience - The tour was a bit disorganized. After being picked up, we were taken to a place to register. Hundreds of people were there. After registering, it was unclear which group each person was supposed to be in. I had to be proactive and ask around until I found a group that would let me join them. I could have easily been left behind. They should make it easier for people to know where to go. That being said, the tour itself was great. Chichen Itza is awesome, and the guide we had there was excellent. We spent two hours there, which I felt like was just right. Then we went to the cenote (sinkhole). I recommend going for a swim in it. It's not enough just to see it; you need to experience it. Bring extra money to rent a lifejacket (which is required), and to rent a locker (which is necessary). Lunch was good, although I did feel like we spent too much time at that location. Like all tours, this one had its fair share of "tourist traps", but don't feel obligated to buy anything that you don't want to. All in all, it was a great experience.

Nice Day Trip from Cancun - I had a good time on this tour. I went on a Thursday and was picked up from my hotel around 7:45 AM (the last pick up) in a shuttle van and then taken to the meetup point where we were placed into larger buses. While the pick-up group size was less than 14, the actual group size on the bus was closer to 60. Our guide, Jorge, was pretty entertaining. I think we headed out around 8:30 AM. Our first top was for a welcome ceremony, a shop, and lunch. I did like that lunch came first before all the major activities. As far as activities, this ended up being the shoulder season/transition into the off-season so Chichen Itza wasn't as crowded. Our tour guide, Pablo, was great and even if you don't use one of these tours to get to Chichen Itza and go on your own, I would definitely recommend taking a guided tour once there to get the full context of why El Castillo (Temple of Kukulcan) is a 7 Wonder. The cenote swim was refreshing after a hot and humid day and wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be which was nice. With about 15 minutes of time to change at the start and finish, and 30 minutes in the water, it took about an hour. If you wear your bathing suit under your clothes, you might get an extra 5-10 minutes in the water up front, or if you want, use that time to walk around the site. Also know you don't have to swim if you don't want to. I wish the Valladolid stop could be a little longer, but it sounds like there's a rule in place that limits how long tour buses can be stopped in the town. It's a very long day, I think it was about 8:45 by the time I was dropped off at the hotel so plan accordingly. Wear closed toed shoes for the start, and then pack your water shoes, towel, etc. for the cenote. You can leave that bag on the bus, which was locked. I also purchased the Deluxe ticket, which felt worth it to not have to worry about drinks, including alcoholic ones. Because of the heat and humidity, I also brought my own (reusable) water bottle, which came in handy to stay hydrated. Consider packing your own snacks if needed as well. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience.

Too long, and pure focus on selling - Chichen Itza itself is beautiful and worth visiting. However, my experience on this one was not the best Started with the pickup being over 45 mins delayed, then a shift of bus. The guide in the bus was witty and informative, but there was a constant selling of some goods, the most interesting being one where we were told of dengue and asked to buy mosquito repellants on the bus. Some stops at other places were just to sell stuff. The Cenote was extremely crowded The 12 hour tour could be reduced by half really.
