Speed - We bought our tickets in advance and it really was the best decision. We didn't have to wait in line, which was quite long. We went directly to the ticket exchange and entered - the process didn't even take 1 minute!

More agile and comfortable option - It's convenient to have the tickets. Time is gained. Only they had not sent them to me by email, so they located them by my name, luckily

A visit to one of the World's Wonders - Truly amazing to visit Chichen Itza. Viator tickets were cost effective. Would have been helpful to have better directions to know where to pickup tickets and given advice in advance to bring lots of water, hats and maybe an umbrella. It is very hot there and there is no shade.

Scams at the entrance to the venue - The site is impressive. But I had a problem, we went with the purchased tickets and with a guide and they made us pay 60 pesos each at the entrance to be able to enter by carrying a mobile phone, a most ingenious way of scamming everyone because nowadays everyone We carry a mobile phone everywhere.

Bamboozled - I booked the wrong day and tried to get a refund, but they denied my request for a refund. So I paid to go, but didn't get to.

SCAM! - Scam! The ticket didn't specify it was in USD, and I paid triple what I would pay had I had purchased from the official place. Steer clear of this company. I waited 20 minutes and got the ticket from the ticket counter instead. Queueing would be better than paying triple from these fraudsters. Nowhere on the add does it specify it is in USD, we purchased thinking it was in Pesos. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Scam! - A real scam! We booked this service provider via the GetYourGuide app and they were great! We paid €127 for two skip-the-line entry tickets to Chichen Itza outside the venue, it’s €33 per ticket per person and there is no line to cut! We also booked via amigo tours tulum and it's the same thing, paid 17€ for two tickets off site it's 4.5€! We understand that everyone has to make a living from tourism but ripping people off is different! Avoid unless you have money to lose!

Really bad and rude! - BEWARE!!! Total scam. Real price is twice as little. This price does not skip you any lines. Total scam. Hard to find the kiosk. No sign, no information anywhere. Then they give you ticket and you stay in the same line.

Waste of money - Don‘t book this. The description says „Go to the shop called Calendario Maya“ to retrieve your voucher, but the „shop“ is not at the main entrance and therefore we did not find it. Better be there early and buy the tickets from the official booth at the entrance.

The worse experience ever! - This was horrible, I do not recommend this. I bought the ticket to be faster in Chichen Itza, however I lost 2 hours of my time there, because viator didn't send me any ticket, in the place they asked me if I have the ticket with qr code which I didn't get. So they told me I have to buy normal ticket and send me many times away. After two hours trying to solve the problem, being stressed, angry and hungry I finally got the chance to see my name is on the list, but still I needed to fight for the entrance ticket as I didn't receive the qr code from viator. At the I didn't enjoy Chichen Itza because of all this and I didn't have time to visit more places I planned. I could also buy normal ticket on the place, they were selling them all day. Shame on viator. I lost so much time and money for bad service. They should show some balls and return me the money as they ruined my experience... Also mind the local guides told me many people have problems with viator recently.
