Caesar and Antinio were incredible - Very knowledgable. Antonio was very pleasant and has a strong passion for the Mayan people. We highly recommend.

Not what I expected - The tour guides were great with the amount of educational and historical information they provided but the tour was heavy on selling you stuff non stop and asking for tips and additional charges for every little thing so be careful. The tour description said breakfast was included but we never got that or our coffee and everyone was split into different tiers and certain things were included or excluded, maybe because they purchased the tour on a different platform but we didn’t get this option on Viator, it just said it was all included and it turned out it wasn’t. I booked this tour solely on visiting Chichen Itza and Suytun Cenotes but we didn’t get to go to Suytun Cenote at all and was taken to a different one which I wouldn’t have booked this tour if the description was correct. And there was an extra shopping stop right before our buffet plus a lot of selling while we were on the bus including bringing other people on board to do so. I heard it was better to rent a car and go to the places you want yourself so you can go exactly where you want, when you want, without being harassed all day but just thought taking a tour would be safer in Mexico. Chichen Itza was definitely worth it but it will be a 10+ hr day.
