Good experience - Quality of the bus and good tour guide, meets the destinations offered, the tour is all day you have to prepare. The best visit is Chichen Itza and Cenote, the village of Valladolid was a short visit and I can only rescue the very nice square and the church because of the antiquity it has. I did not like the visit to the Mayan town, everything very commercial misses the essence of the trip, although the food was very good.

Best experience we had in Mexico - I had an incredible experience going to Chichen Itza, Oxman Cenote, and Vallodolid. Our guide was Jorge. He was so entertaining, funny, someone you could really connect with! His ability to relay everything simultaneously in Spanish and English amazed me. Jorge was our favorite person we interected with on our entire Mexico trip. He was very knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information on the Mayans and even translated for our Mayan shaman. Banuk was shadowing Jorge this trip, he was funny and did really well talking to the tourists and gave great information. And of course our bus driver Jose was helpful and reliable, and very friendly. Overall this trip was our favorite experience, and couldn't recommend it enough!

Overall a Really Good Trip ! Recommended! - The overall trip was really good, but a bit tiring because of 3 hrs one side travel to Chichen Itza. So please carry good amount water and eatables. We were picked up by a small van, which was a little bit late ,from the hotel and dropped at one shopping point where we had to pay 800 mexican pesos or 40$ per person for the Ruin support which i felt really overpriced, they have to cut short this. After that we were onboarded to large AC bus. Hosts Lalo and Pichas were so humble and cooperative. Lalo was throughout engaged with historic explanation of Maya and Chichen Itza. The first stop was at Maya ruins where we had the Maya Buffet Lunch which was included and it was ok. Then we went to Chichen itza. Pichas provided the umbrellas because it was really hot. Chichen Itza is a must visit and we enjoyed. Then next stop was at Cenote Selva Maya, which was really interesting ! We had the swim and really enjoyed. The final stop was at the City of Valldolid where we can experience the street shops and food.A 30 minute stop. Overall a good one. As i said please carry water and snacks. Carry cash which is the best option to avoid extra charges for the credit card and for the tips. Thanks Lalo,Pichas and not the least the Driver who was really good throughout the journey.Very careful and neat driving. They dropped us back to the hotel before prescribed time and we had our dinner 30 mins before closing. Thanks Jay&Krishna

Not a Marvels Day. - Booking company did not act how I expected. They changed my meeting point and didn’t even give a 24 hour notice. The transportation service was great and so was the guide. In my opinion too much time is spent at Chi Chen Itzá and not enough time at the cenote or Valladolid. The cenote that was advertised was Oxman and we were taken to a completely different one. Once we arrived we were give 1 hour but by the time you rent the life jackets and lockers your left with less than 30 minutes. We were told we would be at Valladolid for 30 and they ended up giving us 20 min.
