Great tour! - Was a great tour overall. Was on time, great attitudes from the tour guides Charlie and pelosin, arrived back at the hotel on a timely manner. 1 hour at the cenotes for sure isn’t enough time, but that’s not the company’s fault. Definitely recommend

Long time trip but worth it - Héctor is a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly, and with great English. Jose always smiles, providing free drinks all the time. Carlos is a safe driver. Chichen Itza local English guide Roberto is professional. Highly recommended!

Complete experience chichen itza - Long and complete experience, it takes all day but it is worth it. Cenotes deserve so much and chichen itza is unique!! Carlos and Cirilo very engaging and prepared top guides

Best tour package - I and my girlfriends booked this trip during our stay in cancun and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Hector, Maria and jesua were the best. From pick up till drop off there was not a single boring moment. The trip includes breakfast sandwich, unlimited drinks, lunch and non stop fun. Hector translated everything to english and Maria was always there to take care of our needs. Would 100% recommend this. The only downside is the wait time it takes for people to arrive since they wait for people from different resorts to arrive.

Good day at the Cenotes - So the Cenotes that we visited were breathtaking and amazing, just wish we had more time at Chichen Itza because there is a lot to see there. But the Valaloid stop was kinda unnecessary, we stayed for 20 minutes only and there is not much there at the square to see.
So the tour bus picked us up 10 minutes after they were suppose to (7:10am not a big deal) then we had to pick up other passengers at different hotels and that took 2h.
So the tour really started at 9:30am, and only then the tour guide let us know it was a 12h tour which we were a little surprised, cuz when we were looking online for a day tour we didn’t see or notice it was gonna be that long.
The tour guide was knowledgeable yes, but definitely exaggerated on some comments (again not a big deal) and he did speak too fast at times trying to speak Spanish and English at the same time.. they also gave us a sandwich for lunch but we totally missed dinner at the resort because we got back around 10:30pm. But other than this observations it was a great day.

Ok But… - Loved the sights but the bus was crammed and very uncomfortable. Because one group was always late we only had less than an hour to visit Chichén itzá. But the food was very good. The bus seats are smaller than an airplane no leg room either.

Scam Alert: Do not book a tour with this operator nor Viator, a company helping scammers use and operate on its platform - Scam Alert: Beware of booking tour with this scammer of an operator. We booked Chichen Itza, Cenote Suytun and Ikkil tour and paid in full in advance. On the day of the trip, we were ready and waiting before 7am time. These fraud people never showed up. When contact, they never replied. We complained about this to Viator people but to no avail. We trusted Viator given it's part of TripAdvisor but they failed us. My family was keen to visit the places instead we were duped and not helped by Viator to our disappointment.

Very disappointing experience — uncomfortable, and poorly managed - Our bus had mechanical issues halfway through the trip, and we ended up waiting for a long time before being moved to another bus. Throughout the day, the buses often had no air conditioning turned on even though it was extremely hot outside.

Horrible customer service - Horrible customer service. No one answers the phones I was trying to text and call to let them know I was going to be about 2 minutes late since I was figuring out how to move around Mexico and they did no wait nor answer any text or calls.

Regarding Our Missed Tour and Lack of Support - We understand that we were late and take responsibility for missing the bus. However, we sent a message asking if we could take an Uber to catch up, and we received no response for over an hour. When we finally heard back, we were told the tour had already started and we could not join.
We had already paid for the tour, and the lack of communication and poor handling of the situation is completely unacceptable. We were really looking forward to participating, and it is extremely disappointing that we were unable to do so due to the inadequate support from your team.
