I learned a lot about the Mayan culture through my tour guide - My guide was excellent, he explained everything, things I was not aware of. It was like a history lesson.

Recommend - Great trip and nice guide, also a long trip tho. Recommend. The tour guide explained very detailed and told us a lit off information and he is humorous and interesting. I believe he is called Christian? The ac in the bus is not enough tho.

I love the views the experience and seeing the cenotes and chichen Itza. The food was horrible but great experience - I would say seeing Chichen Itza and hearing about the stories of the Mayans. The Cenotes was beautiful as well.

Enchanting tour - 1 full day tour knowing 2 very beautiful cenotes and an extraordinary archaeological park. Although exhausting, it's worth it. Great meal included.

Amazing Excursion - Great! All the Mayan history was fascinating, but I wish we would have skipped Valladolid and spent more time at Ik Kil.

Great experience and good transportation - Cenote very good but have little time to spend at. Itza had a lot of time but at noon so the heat swallowed up the time.

Ok trip would have been good if the bus would have been good and on time - The bus arrived 45 minutes late and there was no communication during this time. The bus had air conditioning which is on v the min setting when asked to raise said even bus has to run a blunt no. They provided breakfast which they said was Mexican Mc Donald's but was just two breads with a cheese slice and ham slice. The trip was almost 13 hours and because of the heat outside and bad air conditioning was a chore to sit in it and was a bad experience on the whole . Only saving grace was they showed 2 cenotes and chichen Itza and valladolid along with pickup and dropoff.

change of itinerary without notice in the announcement that this could occur. - In the tripadvisor ad they say they first go to Chichen Itza staying 3h, then cenote suytun, another 3h and then cenote ik kil 3h and Valladolid. There is no reservation in the announcement about the change of itinerary! However, the itinerary was changed and we started at Cenote Suytun, staying there less than 1 hour. I didn’t like the change for two reasons: we arrived in Chichen Itza at noon, that is, at the hottest time of day. I was soaked in sweat. And the other reason is that going to the cenote sooner means getting to Chichen Itza wet and disheveled. Another thing that upset me: they say 3 hours in Chichen Itza, however, we stayed less than 1h40, because the guide started counting the time we were supposed to be back since the bus entered the parking lot. It just so happens that we still take a while to get the tickets. In the end we stayed approximately 1h15.
