We saw flamingos and many birds, enjoyed the chichenitza pyramid and ate delicious food. - This excursion was one of the best we have ever done, my family and I enjoyed it, not only because of the incredible food service and the incredible places we went to. We were lucky to be served by a guide, who was attentive, explained everything to us in a way that the children understood, patient and very polite. Ginna Rodríguez is an excellent guide and I highly recommend her service. Thank you for giving us these experiences that we would like to repeat as soon as possible.

Top quality service - The Tourist Routes service is top quality from the driver, certified guide, clean vehicle, cold drinks and cold scented towels that are perfect to end the tour. I definitely highly recommend the service of Marvin and Carlos, who accompanied us on our tour. Many thanks for everything! ☺️

Excellent quality private tour - We took a full day private tour to chichen itza, Cenote Tsukan and Izamal. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to our first stop. The car was clean and our guide, Gina was well equipped with lots of cold water, soft drinks and even ice cold towels to freshen up after the cenote. Our guide, Gina was super knowledgable, passionate about the history of the region and did a wonderful job of showing us around. Highly recommend.

Recommended 100% - The agency and the guide are very formal, attentive and with enough information for the tour. Always punctual. I took a three-day tour with them and they always knew how to recommend good places and help me plan my visits better.

Avoid at all costs - Our tour was with TUI so I will only mention the two destinations - and not the tour organiser. Chichén Itzá - disappointing. Three big structures in a massive open area surrounded by hundreds of crappy market stalls selling (not so) cheap rubbish. No real info boards. No mock ups what it would have looked like. No Mayan culture to look at - or relics. Needed the tour guide to find out anything. Dismal. After visiting Egypt this is a big let down. Cenote Tsukan Do not go there! It is awful. After walking through some nice gardens seemingly forever you reach a changing hut that has around 40 male and 40 female lockers for your things. Unfortunately there are hundreds of people there at once!! Get a shower, put on a scabby life jacket that hundreds of other people have sweated all over and climb down a long stone staircase to a tiny dark entrance. Inside is a bench where everyone who could not get lockers has to leave their things. (Stolen phones no doubt a regular thing here). Then it gets worse - the cave opens up and you cannot even see the water there are so many people floating in it. It was like a scene from Titanic. Frankly it was dangerous. Then there are the bats flying around above crapping into the water. This is a 70m deep pool of stagnant water that is not chlorinated and has no flow. It is a health hazard. We got in for a few moments to say we had been in then straight back out to dry. Then it was off to the restaurant to dry out and recover. But it was outdoors in the middle of trees and was a buffet - flies everywhere. Like warm rice and pork. I swear this place is trying to kill someone!! If you are going to try a Cenote - read up first. Some have been closed already due to health issues. This one should be. Oh and it was 3 hours each way on a coach darting at 430am and €650 for four. I couldn’t recommend this tour to anyone - avoid.
