Get there early with advance tickets! - Advance tickets were the best! Allowed us to walk right in! Plan for heat and crowds. Ignore ALL parking vendors until you get to the actual venue gate!

Chichen Itza. - Great to see the ruins. Commercial vendors everywhere kind of ruin the feeling of the ruins. Go early or late afternoon. Less people.

Good - My experience with amigo tours was very good my toyr guide was frank and the driver was richard both very kind. when I was waiting for the group to come back from the ruins the driver let me on thw bus early to cool off. And frank is very funny and interactive gives you lots of information. The visit was around 2 hours a place the bus ride to each of them were 45 min to 1 hour. The bus atmosphere is clean and even has a bathroom. Crown size was 30 people full bus. But if u want your can go alone. The fee for one person was around 130 cad. Very good trip!!!

Made Entry into Chichin Itza easy. - Smooth system with one glitch. After I ordered the tickets, I had to wait until the day before to receive the actual park entry tickets and have them printed at the hotel. Would have been much better if I could have just printed the tickets when I place the order. Also, there were two tickets and it was unclear what ticket was for what.

Save time - Better to buy tickets in advance with extra cost and save time on long queue. The park is great and many people.

Entrance tickets to Chichen Itza - Unable to print tickets whilst on holiday as only received the day before use. This caused problems at the entrance to Chichen Itza as the attendant eventually had to scan my mobile phone.

There must be better tour guides than this company offer?! - Our guide ‘Aldi/Audi’ was rude and unfriendly. He clearly loved his own voice but everyone on our bus could not understand him. On entering the site we lost some of our group and he just shrugged his shoulders and carried on talking and talking at us in bad English until he got a call from someone to go and collect them! He talked in unclear English all the way round and didn’t care we couldn’t understand him. There was no time to look round any of the site on our own and we were given ‘5 minutes’ to look at the stalls on the way back to the coach. This was all so that he could then make us spend loads of time at a stone shop down the road. We then had lunch where the drinks were a rip off. All in all there are many other tour companies through which to see this Mayan ruin but our guide ruined our experience.

Don't fall for the scam of this "skip the line" ticket! - This is a complete scam. The "skip the line" perk is completely unnecessary. Buy your tickets from a local guide instead and you'll be paying half as much with a personal guided tour from one of the great licensed local tour guides.

Not worth it. - Not worth it , there are no long lines to skip ( for which you are paying a premium) and the Guide only turns up at 9 am so if you come early at eight, why wait for the guide and miss your opportunity of seeing the main attractions with fewer tourists? The persons at the meeting point also did not recognise the voucher but luckily finally someone did . I got the tickets and could leave to explore the site early without waiting for the guide.

SCAM - Scammers selling the Chichen Itza tickets twice the price on the internet without any services. I was looking for official tickets but turns out they just scam the hell out of you. When I called them they said I paid for the service but there is no service only the tickets. Totally scamming. 158 USD while it is 64 USD. They have no shame.
