In relation to the company, super polite, strict in the schedules, team 10, prepares a very nice picnic, with joy - The landscapes are magnificent, it's worth it, the van ride is tiring but it's worth it, I found the therms a little full and I thought it would be a natural hole in the ground and not pipes carrying that water, a little disappointing

Excellent Guide & Driver; Overall a Fantastic Experience - Leonardo was an excellent tour guide and Renato was a great driver for this early morning trip to Cajon de Maipo. Their positive energy was great in waking us all up from our early morning pick ups and teaching us about the region and the mountains while we enjoyed our time. Would recommend for anyone going to Santiago and needs ideas for a day trip into these beautiful areas!
The hot springs were especially great, though I would remind people to bring their hotel towels if possible (had to air dry because we forgot), but the area makes for breathtaking pictures!

Incredible experience - Everything was wonderful and the Guide Brenda speaks very well Portuguese. The landscape is sensational, from September it is already possible to visit the Embalse el Yeso.

Cájon del Maipo is amazing - It has very beautiful landscapes, also has trails, waterfalls, lots of snow. I recommend coming in the first half of August if you want to have an experience with plenty of snow.

Incrivel - In the coffin del maipo on the mountain trail only we do not like to go with snow clothes.for mountain trail too perfect guide and other locations

Think twice - or explore other tours ! - Views were good, hot springs were nice, but we spent less than 1.5 hours there, even less time in water with changing clothes. We were under the impression breakfast was included but it was not. The intended breakfast stop was not available due to circumstances outside of the tour operator’s control, but the breakfast stop we did make had limited choices and was at our cost. I had the greasiest empanada - almost inedible. We drove to a glacial lake which was lovely but the roads/drive was unsettling to say the least. The “picnic” consisted of some cheese cubes, a few slices of salami, some awful olives and some chips, no utensils, plates or napkins so the guests were all sticking their grimy hands in the food. My friends and I were the only English speakers (there were also some Portuguese speakers) and communication with us was minimal. Overall a disappointing experience and a waste of a precious day in an otherwise beautiful county.

Deceived tour - 1. While booking, it says english guide. But it turned out to be all spanish..the co travellers and the guide (speaks broken little english often taking help of intetnet translations).
2. The guide admits the tour is his first trip as well. Hence seems helpless.
3. The driver is more active virtually taking over control. He is excitedly speaking throughout, sometime even getting his both hands off the steering...
4. The tour wad supposedly to start at 6.30. I was sent a text at 10 pm earlier night that the pick up will be at 5 am. I missed thay and when they arrive in the morning and threatened to leave within 2 minutes, i had to rush unprepared.
5. At 7 the car stopped at a river (Maipu?) bank having a small coffee shop. The instruction was for use of toilet and coffee. After this, they stopped nowhere for buying water or snack or lunch up to 4 pm...before they stopped for a snacks break (they called it picnic)...
6. It was 7 pm when they dropped me at the hotel... hungry and angry. A story of totally unplanned tour..
Cannot even properly communicated due to language problem
