Llamas, wine, culture, and mountains - This was an amazing adventure. I can’t say enough good words about the gentlemen whom guided us. Hector had an incredible amount of knowledge to share. I felt very welcome. From wine to mountains and everything in between. I highly recommend this adventure.

Great trip, very pretty viewpoint at the reservoir - Benjamin and Carlos were fantastic guides! It was nice to chat along the way about Chile and its history and culture, in addition to hearing about the Cajon del Maipo area. It's a long drive to the reservoir but it's a very scenic area, and we made some stops along the way there and back for snacks. Benjamin was super knowledgeable and did a nice job communicating in both Spanish and English at the same time, since there were speakers of both languages on our tour.

Beautiful region! - The region is very beautiful, like the whole region of the Andes Mountains; I just did not give a maximum score, because a trip during the winter, on and back to Santiago, is quite time-consuming, and we spend most of the day in a vehicle. Per ⁇ , it's worth a stay at a nearest location. In addition, we are in the high winter, period when many trails are closed for access to even more beautiful places.

Misleading image - The only image they publish is the plaster reservoir warning that the passage may be closed, but they know for sure and do not communicate it. It closes for months during the winter. They do not notify before to change tours or look for alternatives. That's lying, alternative activities like the chocolate house are very poor, they only take you places to buy products. The picnic is a little toast In short, if they don't go to the reservoir they must report it and it's not worth it

Excursion cajon del maipo - The tour is not worth it in winter it is closed they know and they still do it and tell you to rent clothes that in the end are not used. The visit to the chocolate house is fine but it is not a big deal and time is wasted at a stop just to spend. Ultimately in winter it is a waste of time and money.

Cancelled - This excursion was canceled due to road closures from snow and mudslides. We wish we could have gone to the Andes mountains and it was our last full day in Chile so we didn't get the opportunity, which was disappointing.

Disappointed - Abruptly cancelled our tour late the evening prior. They offered an alternative tour that we participated in only because we didn't have time to make other plans. It was disappointing that there was not sufficient warning to book a better alternative activity. The alternative tour was entirely different than our initial tour. I would avoid this organization unless you're fine doing any random activity or being left with no plans.
