Roads to Chile. - Unique landscapes of a geographically wonderful country. We thank Full Tour for the excellent services provided, all the tours always punctual, and with a lot of security and historical and local information that demonstrate the great skill of the guides who accompanied us. We leave here our admiration and affection for Guide Yahir, for Guide Victor and for Guide Maricel. They were unforgettable moments. Thank you all very much.

Take care of the details when closing with the Full Tour. They outsource the tours - Unfortunately the experience with Full Tour was not good and I will leave here recorded the reasons in trying to help other travellers make their own personal considerations when choosing an agency for such an important time when their holidays, rests, etc. Unfortunately, maybe in part even due to lack of a sharper assessment on my part, I did not notice that Full Tour, as well as other agencies in Santiago, are working on a scheme to close the tours and subcontract other third companies to perform the same. In my case, the tour to Isla Negra was made in a group of 8 people (4 couples, all Brazilians) where only I had closed the tour with the Full Tour (other 2 couples closed with another agency and the other couple with a different third agency) that is, there were 3 different agencies on that tour. The Guide Fernanda is the only positive point of this bad experience: Although she did not pass so much historical information about the places, she made every effort to be kind and make our experience a little better, in addition to remediing the embarrassing situation we went through (I will detail below). She is a love and had no responsibility for what happened. When we closed the tour with the Full Tour, I chose them because the tour included entries to the museum of Pablo Neruda's house in Isla Negra, which was the main goal of our tour (my wife loves the work of Pablo Neruda and we wanted to know the museum and the house in detail). When we arrived at Isla Negra, we were surprised by the information that the other 6 people in the VAN did not have these entries and that they would take a walk by the beach and local craft trade, with nothing to do with our tour. Fernanda asked me to "try to make the ride in 40 minutes at most so as not to delay lunch or the other people at the VAN". How can you sell different tours within the same tour???? Conclusion: The visit to the museum is guided and by audio and as the house is small, only 15 people enter at a time. The visit took about 1 hour and 20 minutes because we did everything running and without taking advantage of all the information from the local audio Guide, leaving us stressed and frustrated and still ashamed to have bothered the other 6 people who stood at the museum door waiting for us (think of passing all were some loves and understood what happened because I explained everything to them and they were surprised how they can organize different tours within the same tour). So here is my record and advise the other travellers not to take a tour with companies that outsource their tours. They preferred companies that do tours with their own cars and guides (including the van of this outsourced ride was horrible, old, with air running badly and the driver running like a crazy to the point of a couple asking him to maneuver in speed because they were afraid). I really didn't pay attention to it (in doubt, ask before closing) and I would never imagine that companies freeze a van with people doing different tours (or everyone should go to the museum or nobody should go and not they stay waiting for me or I have to run to keep nobody waiting). Confusing situation provided by the Full Tour.
