Valle Nevado, the largest ski center in South America, is located 46 kilometers east of Santiago de Chile. It has an excellent quality of snow, due to its height and orientation and a privileged climate, with 80% of clear days in the season.
The history of Valle Nevado begins in 1987 and in 1988 the doors of this ski center opened, located in the middle of the Andes, inspired by the Les Arcs winter resort and the winter resorts of France.
Since 1998, Valle Nevado began to develop as a comprehensive center and in 2001 the Andes Express chairlift was inaugurated, the first detachable lift in South America, which distinguishes it from other ski centers in the region. -
Farellones - Nestled in a valley in the Andes, Farellones has numerous wooden houses and cabins, which give it a village atmosphere. Its cable car system takes winter sports lovers to the ski slopes of Cerro El Colorado, serving families and beginner and experienced skiers. In summer, outdoor adventure fans can follow the biking and hiking trails, and go ziplining. The neighborhood has rustic hotels and nice restaurants.

The journey will commence early in the morning as we head towards the Andes Mountains. A stop will be made at a Snow Clothing Rental for guests to gear up and enjoy breakfast (not included in the price) before continuing directly to Valle Nevado. The journey will commence early in the morning as we head towards the Andes Mountains. A stop will be made at a Snow Clothing Rental for guests to gear up and enjoy breakfast (not included in the price) before continuing directly to Valle Nevado. Upon arrival, guests will have free time to explore, familiarize themselves with the area, and take photographs, with the duration specified by the guide.
Following this, the group will descend to Pueblito de Montaña Farellones for a visit, photo opportunities, and restroom breaks. Around 3:00 p.m., the descent to Santiago will begin, with an expected arrival at the hotels around 6:00 p.m., barring any unforeseen delays.
Please be aware that the Snow Tour is available during the winter months from June to August. During the Spring-Summer season (October to March), the tour takes place in the afternoon to enjoy the mountain sunset, with pick-ups starting at approximately 2:00 p.m.
