Chinchero - CHINCHERO
• The tour starts with a hotel pick-up at 7:00 am, heading to our first stop, “Chinchero,” where we’ll explore the archaeological site and the colonial temple.
MORAY.
• Located 7 km from Maras and two hours from Cusco via the Chinchero route, Moray is a must-see with its circular terraces of varying sizes. These terraces were used for agricultural experiments and are believed to be centers of feminine energy, making Moray a magnetic hub for Pachamama.
SALINERAS DE MARAS.
• Situated northwest of Maras, these “salt mines” consist of around 3,000 small pools. Salt has been harvested here since pre-Hispanic times by drying salty water from an underground stream in the sun. Once the water evaporates, the salt is ready for sale.
