I will always use this company for transfers! - Clear communication, on time, reliable. Good value. When you are on the island, there are tour operators offering transfers from Holbox to the airport for less money… I didn’t bother looking into those, as it was way more important to me to use this same reliable company that I used to bring me from the airport to Chiquila/Holbox. You won’t go wrong using this company.

Excellent service provided - My flight from England to Cancun was delayed and late. However, Holbox Shuttle made sure the driver was waiting to take me to Chiquila. Due to the delay, I missed the last ferry, but they still made sure I had a booking on a ferry the next day and had a taxi waiting to take me to the hotel. The excellent flexibility and service eliminated all my stress. I'll definitely use them again.

overall good, but no safety precautions regarding health - I recently traveled with the shuttle. Unfortunately, we were seated directly behind to a visibly ill passenger who was coughing frequently throughout the ride. She did not wear a mask and made no effort to cover her mouth, which made the experience very uncomfortable and concerning, especially in such close quarters. We even overheard her saying she took Codeine (!!!). It would have been nice if the driver offered a mask or something to the passenger. Otherwise the shuttle was on time, but we had to wait outside a restaurant where there were a bunch of bees. The driver was fine, but not exactly the friendliest and it's my pet peeve when they put signs indicating the cost of the shuttle does not include tip...

quickly at Cancun airport, but sleep excluded - 3 stars, because every stroke on the way from Chiquilá to Cancun airport, i.e. 2 hours and 20 minutes, was felt incessantly and I could not sleep as a result - which I thought was a great shame. But that's high-level whining. The driver was friendly and everything was as described. What was great was the fact that the driver drove very fast and didn't want to waste any time so that we customers could get very much to their destination! Great!

ESCAPE the Combi Service offered on Holbox! - ESCAPE this Service. We hired a shared combi at one of the HOLBOX stalls to take us to the airport. Price: 350 pesos per person. We were told the transfer was direct. Nothing further from reality. Upon arriving at Chiquilá’s post, we approached the indicated post, and got into the combi. They were making a lot of stops, getting people on the street and charging them too. Later, in the middle of the road, those of us going to the airport were sent to change combi. When they asked why, they threatened us, telling us that if we asked more questions or made trouble, they would ground us. As we continued to try to talk, the driver assaulted us. Pulling my shirt and pushing my partner. We managed to get in the combi and not get lying in the middle of the road, but the driver kept insulting us inside the combi. The rest of the passengers didn’t dare to say anything, but if they spoke to us apologetically and not to take that image of Mexico. I have claimed via whatsapp the Enterprise with whom I contract it, but I also wanted to leave it here written to help other tourists. Take an ADO bus even if it is a little more expensive in principle. Your safety first. I attach photos of the ticket, so you can identify the Enterprise with whom I hire it, photos of the post in Chiquilá (where we had to wait for the combi) and photos of the second driver, who assaulted us.
