Outstanding cooking class - This cooking class was absolutely marvelous! We spent the afternoon learning and cooking in a family home clustered in the middle of a beautiful valley. Anagha taught us how to prepare traditional keralan curries and interesting chopping techniques. I would totally recommend this experience.

Amazing hands-on, local experience - Absolutely loved this cooking class. Anagha kindly and thoroughly introduced us to homemade Keralan cuisine, and led us to preparing a few local dishes, answering any questions we had. I particularly liked the fact that it was a properly hands-on experience - from veg cutting to coconut shredding, we got to do it all. Anagha and her family were extremely kind and hospitable. Recomend it to anyone willing to learn and experience local cuisine.

Kerala cuisine secrets - I recommend everyone try the experience of learning a little about some of Kerala's delicious dishes.
Our teacher was the young and friendly Anagha.
She welcomed us very well and showed us in a clear and didactic way how to make six vegetarian dishes.
Before we went to the kitchen, Anagha talked about some foods and their nutritional importance.
At the end we had a delicious and healthy dinner.
I just suggest that we have the recipes written down.
There are many processes and having the recipes would make it easier for us to reproduce them.

Best cooking class in Munnar! - Doesn't get more authentic than this! A true home style cooking class with classic Kerala dishes. As a Canadian born Keralite, I can vouch for the process and taste, instantly bringing me back to my mom's cooking. Our mentor broke everything down step by step, with additional information on the nutritional benefits. Would happily do it again on my next visit :)

Excellent Kerola Cooking Class - My partner and I enjoyed a fabulous cooking class with Aneka. We cooked 6 local kerala dishes plus a snack under her expert guidance and then got to eat them all at various points throughout the afternoon and evening. Aneka was highly knowledgeably about the dishes, local ingredients and nutrition. She provided all the equipment, good instructions and made the cooking easy to follow. She adjusted the 'heat' of the food so they weren't too spicy for me! It was great fun and I'd throughly recommend.

Excellent cooking experience in Munnar - We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 hour cooking course. Our teacher was very patient & methodical in approach, allowing us to video each aspect of our food preparation and cooking.
We used several vegetables that we’d never seen or heard of previously! In total, We were introduced to new skills and cooking techniques as well as staple tools that were new to us (eg coconut grinder).
Of course, the proof was in the eating of our meal…which was delicious! We have every intention of trying these recipes when back home.
Thank you

Friendly, very yummy, highly recommended! - Two very friendly ladies welcomed us after hour tuktuk driver dropped us there. Beautiful home with pretty scenery. We cooked about 5 or 6 dishes over the course of about 3-4 hours, with typical ingredients, only one had meat in it (im not vegetarian). The dishes were an adventure for our taste buds! I never liked beetroot, but now I love it! Thank you for this great experience. Highly recommended!
