Mesmerising Sunset Walk Through Munnar’s Tea Plantations - We did the Tea Plantations Walk with Sunset View with guide Ganesh from Munnar Info, and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. Walking through the lush tea shrubs, soaking in the stunning views, and witnessing a breathtaking sunset at a height of 1,700 meters above sea level was nothing short of magical—a perfect blend of serenity and natural beauty.

Sunset tea plantation hike with Raja - Raja took us on a short hike through the tea plantation next to the Munnar Info point. He shared with us his knowledge of the local herbs and plants that we encountered on our hike and explained the history behind the tea plantation and the harvesting and processing of the tea leaves. It was super interesting and we enjoyed our hike through the beautiful landscape. Raja is also a great photographer and took some very nice pictures of us during sunset on top of the hill. The tour lasted ~2h, and we highly recommend it!

Loved it - Beautiful walk in the tea fields with our guide Raja and his awesome dog Jimmy protecting us from the porcupines (never actually saw one). Very knowledgeable guide who answered all our questions. Also it was probably the best time to do the walk since it's not hot at all. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with Munnar Info - We had a sunset tea plantation tour with Raja (and Jimmy). It was perfect way to learn about the tea plantations, tea processing techniques, and a bit of the history of how it started in Munnar. Highly recommend. The tea served at the end of our tour was fantastic. The next day, we booked a jeep tour to anakulam guided by Suresh. This was a great day with many stops along the way. It concluded with the elephant viewing. Where we were fortunate to view 17 elephants. Truly unreal experience!! Highly recommend booking a tour with Munnar Info. The two we booked were excellent!

Stunning views and easy walk - This was an excellent, easy going tour with a fantastic tour guide Reamesh. The walk itself was not difficult, and Reamesh provided us with a personal touch explaining about his family connections to the plantation, along with expert knowledge of the plantation, processes involved and the plants themselves. The views around the plantation were stunning, and although we didn't get a traditional sunset, the colours of the sun behind the haze and clouds provided a special backdrop for the classic tea plantation view!

What a Scam - Absolute scam, booked on line ,got confirmation , proceeded to the meeting point as per the site location identified on Google Maps before 4.30pm as the tour was scheduled to start @ 4.30, local driver took me to the start point, waited 15 mins, nobody showed up. Even asked locals about this trip, no one knew anything,so left. So then i get a text and call about the trip @ 5.02 pm with a new location point which was about another 30 mins away. The tour was from 4.30pm to 6.30 pm....so how was i to make it if you are sending me a new location at 5.00pm ? Huh . Requested a refund , dont think they are going to give back anything!!
