Contact our customer service team with your travel details, such as flight information, number of travelers, luggage, addresses, and itinerary. We are here to assist you in determining the best routes and vehicles for your journey.

Pick-up Details:

1. Kindly provide accurate flight information to ensure a seamless pick-up.
2. Our driver will wait for you for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes longer, an additional fee of $28 per hour applies.
3. If you are not located at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we have not been contacted, our driver will depart, and the fee will not be refundable.
4. If there is a change in your flight schedule, please inform us at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, any additional costs will be your responsibility.
5. We schedule pick-ups based on your flight’s landing time. If you specify a particular pick-up time, it will be treated as a one-time pick-up and drop-off order.

Drop-off Info:

1. Please be ready at your hotel at the time specified in your order.
2. A 30-minute wait time is included at no extra charge for drop-offs.
