Best time to watch the condors - The views were very beautiful and the flight schedule of the condors was accurate to observe a lot, a great experience.

Brilliant, jam-packed full day adventure with a brilliant guide - An absolutely fantastic tour. The day was planned really well, jam packed with stops at different places, from viewpoints to village market stalls to hot springs (small entrance fee for that not included) to an optional short hike along the canyon to see the condors. We were super lucky with the weather, and must have seen at least 80 of the condors! Our guide, Angel, was brilliant and super helpful. Speaking both Spanish and English, he made sure we all knew what the plan was and made sure we all individually were in the right place at the right time. He clearly knew a lot and was so passionate about the area, encouraging us to try the local cuisine at the included lunch buffet and giving us lots of fun facts throughout the tour about the area. It's a long day, beginning at 3am (you get collected from your hostel by the guide), and being pretty full on once you get to the Colca Valley, but it's so worth it and a truly brilliant experience. The journey back is also so special, going over a pass at almost 5000m and seeing the volcanoes. A small but lovely highlight was the lunch buffet, sitting down with the rest of our tour group and enjoying food. We didn't all speak the same language but found ways to communicate and it was just so nice meeting such lovely people. Would 100% recommend! Great value for money and once in a lifetime.

A great day in the canyon - The tour is as advertised. It is a long day but worth the trip. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was from the Cola Valley. Therefore, he was able to provide us with great insight. The lunch that was provide in Chivay had plenty of options for all diets. If you want a lot of time in the canyon itself, book a two day tour.

Walk to the Colca Valley - The walk was amazing, the Nelson Guide is great fun and taught us many interesting things about Arequipa, Inca culture, condor and more. The driver was very friendly too.

Colca Valley Express Tour - Great Nelson, many curious facts that enrich the tour always. And in the end we could see and appreciate the flight of the Condor very close.

Great trip, bad guide - It is a great tour (as nature and the sites you visit are worth it) but the company guide, Mr. Nelson, is unprofessional and disrespected us. That overshadowed the experience.

The worst choice. - A terrible service, you are quoted at a certain time to arrive 1 hour much later in the cold just wait, transport without heating, bad seats and uncomfortable for long trips, the guide extremely high and ill educated, Baby Lama agency has nothing good, we trusted them and was the worst decision we could choose.

Bad service. - Poor service, pickup was an hour later than agreed, we woke up early in vain, super awkward mobility, fairly reduced seating, food without taste, buffet was not worth it, it was expensive and not nice, bad-tempered and disrespectful Guide.

Taken advantage of by being foreign. - They canceled my trip and never refunded me due to lack of English translators. I made several attempts to re-schedule but they didn’t have anything available although I was there a month. I asked for a different activity and they wouldn’t help and wouldn’t give refund. There was no option they would agree to. Company assumes foreigners will be out of city soon.
