• Yurakucho - The first stop on the tour offers mainly fresh fish from Tsukiji Market and high-quality Japanese sake from across Japan. The menu changes daily based on what the owner acquires from the fish market. Guests can choose how to enjoy the fish, whether as sashimi, nitsuke (steamed with soy sauce or miso), grilled, or in soup. A cup of sake can be ordered to complement the dishes. The guide will provide recommendations, so there’s no need to worry.
• Ginza Mitsukoshi - Capture photos at the main crossing of Ginza’s central street, behind the SEIKO clock tower.
• Ginza - The second stop features a Japanese Wagyu beef BBQ, where guests can enjoy Wagyu tongue, Wagyu beef loin, and a fresh lemon cocktail. While Wagyu can be heavy and greasy when served as steak, here it is served in slices with freshly grated daikon radish and fresh green onion.
• Ginza Corridor Street - The final stop is a place called “Obanzai,” a home cooking method originating from Kyoto in the 70s-80s, referring to everyday side dishes. It is known for simple seasoning that enhances the natural flavors of ingredients, including seasoned, boiled, and deep-fried bitashi dishes. The ‘Okami-san,’ a master lady chef in a kimono, warmly welcomes guests as if they are her own children, creating a feeling of returning home. She is affectionately called “Mom.”
• Yurakucho Sanchoku Yokocho - Before concluding the tour, there is a stop at a hidden gem, an exciting Izakaya alley under the train tracks that is open 24/7. Guests can choose to stay and enjoy extra moments of the day after the tour if they wish!

This tour offers at least seven dishes and four drinks across three izakaya venues. Since most izakayas are known for their sake, it’s only fitting to enjoy the finest sake pairings recommended by your guide. For those who prefer alternatives, a variety of drink options are available.
As the night progresses, your guide will take stunning photographs of the experience, which will be shared with you at no cost. This is more than just a tour; it’s an opportunity to connect with a friendly local guide!
