Mount Fuji Day Trip - Puskal has been a wonderful and amazing guide. Not only does he knows where are all the most instagramable places, he has the natural ability to tell the stories about the places we visited. One of the most caring and humorous guide we have ever had.

BEST TOUR GUIDE!! GO MIKE - Mike was so beyond phenomenal. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. He was so kind and informative. It was cloudy, so he offered us another free trip. He also took is to local markets, and waited while we shopped. We invited him to just hang out with us for a day on his day off, and he took us around Tokyo, and showed us some local spots with delicious food. You can tell he loves what he does, and he truly enjoys meeting new people. This experience was absolutely amazing, and we've gone out of our way to stay in contact with Mike even after leaving Japan. Would 100% do this again, just for the company.

Mt Fuji with Mike - Mike was wonderful! Spoke excellent English and took us to spots that were amazing for picture taking. My family enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Mike for private tours. Thank you Mike for making our trip a memorable one! We’ll definitely book with you again when we return to Japan, hopefully soon! 😀

Mike English Speaking Guide - Mike was wonderful, he helped us out of so many situations that we managed to get ourselves into. Returning a mistakenly bottle of alcohol and even lending us Yen when we ran out. The whole trip was very smooth, he knew all the famous spots saved us a ton of time and even took pictures of us. Definitely recommend it ! Can give 10 stars if there was an option 🙂

Very happy tourists - Maiku Hatta was very good. He carried such a pleasant disposition of patience, thoughtfulness and care. He was very quick to provide options as weather changes and listened attentively to our sightseeing/activity preferences to organise our entire itinerary. We strongly recommend Maiku to anyone looking for a guide in Tokyo, Fuji and Hakone.

Highly recommend - We had such an amazing tour with Abrar. Despite the clouds completely blocking Mount Fuji, Abrar made sure our trip was a fun and insightful one. He showed us all the great places to eat and explained everything when we stopped. Highly recommend this tour and Abrar as your guide.

Wonderful Private Tour - Both Mike and Puskal were excellent! Mike picked us up from Haneda and was very patient and helpful as my father had limited mobility. He then drove us to our hotel in Hakone all the while giving tips on what to do and see in Hakone and various parts of Japan. The next day we used the Hakone Pass to go all around. And then the following morning, Puskal picked us up early from our hotel in Hakone and took us to various sites around Mt. Fuji on our schedule. He also showed us a place not on our original itinerary and it was wonderful. Finally we were dropped off at our hotel in Asakusa. All in all, I cant say enough and you can't go wrong using ABC!

Tour was ok at best, would not recommend - It was nice seeing Mount Fuji with nice weather. Puskal drove us to all the places and recommended really nice food for lunch. However, while not exactly rude, we tought he could be a bit more friendly, especially at the beginning. We also tought that he could have explained more (as a guide should do). He seemed to be in a rush all the time and we did not feel comfortable. We got home late due to heavy traffic (not because we wanted to stay longer) and we had to pay 4000 yen extra. While on the ride home, he had the audacity to ask us for a 5 star review. Overall, while we got to see what we wanted, we were a bit disappointed with our guide.
